5.0 out of 5 stars My Husband Made Me Something:
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I’m writing this from my experience- my husband is the 3D printer human. The print quality seems to be really awesome. He made me a tiny desk sized retro turtle sandbox, and it was perfectly smooth- it doesn’t look like it will have to sanded down or anything to hide lines like I’ve seen with other brands. It doesn’t seem brittle- I dropped said item and it survived. I had to glue a part of my item- the sand bucket because that’s a requirement-as it had to be printed in two pieces, and it held together really well. It doesn’t seem like it would just snap. There isn’t a lot of bend to it, but I think that’s a good thing because it doesn’t feel like it’s just going to bend and snap. Anyways, I would recommend. 🫶🏻
5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful Color and Top-Notch Print Quality!
The color is vibrant, consistent, and looks amazing on finished prints—exactly what I was hoping for. It has a smooth, rich tone that really pops, whether I'm printing small models or larger pieces.Print quality has been excellent. The filament feeds perfectly with no jams, and layer adhesion is solid. I’ve had zero issues with warping or stringing, and the surface finish is clean and professional-looking every time. It’s clear this is a high-quality filament, and it’s become my go-to for any projects that need a bright, eye-catching pink. Highly recommend for anyone who wants great results and reliable performance!
5.0 out of 5 stars Great filament
I’ve tried several brands of PETG filament, and this one is by far one of the best I’ve used. The print quality is superb – smooth layer lines, strong adhesion, and almost no stringing. It delivered clean, professional-looking prints right out of the spool with very little tuning needed. What really impressed me was the strength and durability. It has just the right amount of flexibility while still being tough enough for functional parts. I used it for brackets, enclosures, and even some mechanical pieces, and it held up beautifully. It also sticks to the bed really well, and I had zero warping issues. Compared to PLA, this PETG is a step up in toughness without being difficult to work with like ABS can be.Highly recommend for anyone who wants a reliable PETG that performs consistently. Great value and excellent results!
5.0 out of 5 stars Great filament for a great price!
Great filament and a great price. I saw a review that this was a reliable filament and I decided to get some and it is great. All of my prints have come out great. Many exceeding my expectations. With the Dummy 13's upper torso I did need a brim to get good adhesion.
4.0 out of 5 stars Bright, Reliable, and Easy-Printing Neon Green PLA
The ELEGOO PLA Filament in Neon Green (1.75mm, 1KG) is a vibrant, high-quality filament that prints smoothly and consistently. I ran it through both direct-drive and Bowden-style printers, and it delivered clean layers, good adhesion, and minimal stringing right out of the box.The ±0.02mm dimensional accuracy ensures consistent extrusion, which is key for detail-heavy prints or parts that need precise fits. The neon green color is bold and eye-catching, perfect for prints that need to stand out—great for cosplay props, signage, or fun mechanical parts. It comes vacuum-sealed with desiccant, so moisture absorption isn’t an issue if stored properly. It prints well at standard PLA temps (190–220°C) and sticks nicely to a heated bed at 50–60°C without warping. One thing to keep in mind: Because the color is very bright, any imperfections (like blobs or uneven extrusion) are more visible, so dial in your settings for best results.Overall, the ELEGOO Neon Green PLA is a visually striking and dependable filament that’s ideal for both decorative and functional prints. Great color, great quality, and great value.
5.0 out of 5 stars "It is okay at best", was my original review. I am now buying Elegoo every time I can.
New Review changing my two stars to five stars: I had issues with this filament in multiple machines. After writing my review, which I will leave at the end of this, I received an email from Elegoo asking for amplifying information. I had no problem with this, and I send them pictures of the filament, the measurements, and the issues that resulted. Elegoo not only sent me four replacement roles of PLA, but they also reached out after to ensure the new roles were to my liking. I never responded, because I thought they most likely saved the better roles that have much tighter quality standards for situations like this. I used three of the four roles and had no problems with my prints. The last role, I took apart and measured the diameter every 100mm and put it into an excel sheet to see if their product does indeed fall into the 1.75 +-0.02 range. It was right on the money with an average of 1.75mm and a standard deviation of less that 0.01. As excited as I was, I still had a lingering feeling, so I hoped on Bolo and orders two different batches and colors of Elegoo PLA. When those showed up, I measured the first 5m using the same technique and used the rest for printing. I had great prints, and the measurements were once again dead on with an average of 1.75mm and a standard deviation of less that 0.01mm. For all of those data points to land almost within a 4-sigma deviation, Elegoo must have very good quality control. I have changed my review from two stars to five stars for Elegoo's proactive customer service and for their product. I am highly impressed with their desire to make it right and for putting quality products out there to begin with. They have a life-long customer now.***Old review with very little data: This filament clogged my nozzle every other print on my Bambu X1C. Measuring the filament, it isn't very consistent. It ranges from 1.71mm to 1.76mm with lumps throughout one of the spools. I thought I scored a great deal at only $12/spool, but you get what you pay for and in this case, I got bad filament.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great price
Great price Fast delivery great filament.. will buy more soon.
4.0 out of 5 stars Very nice filament and economical to - No issues printing.
Printed perfectly on my Neptune 4 Plus using Orca slicer default settings. Noticed the black is not as 'dark' as my other filaments and only noticed this when I ran out of another brand. Black, and possibly white, appear to be a flat black color in comparison with another brand I use. No concerns and recommend this for Elegoo printers like my Neptune.
Prints good and strong
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } so far elgoo filiment has been the best and cheap filiment with little problems. I tried many brands and this so far is the best one for price and quality wise and prints quite strong.
Perfect filament
I like using Elegoo filament with my AMS Lite. However, this was my first time using a plastic spool, and I discovered that it didn’t fit properly. Fortunately, I found a model on MakerWorld called Elegoo Spool Adapter for AMS Lite, which fit perfectly.Impressed with the quality, I bought another set of this filament. It worked flawlessly, providing good print quality, no clogs, and excellent bed adhesion.
Excellent
I also bought a elegoo Neptune 3 pro. This filament works pretty good. I'm still learning. But but the print you'll love it.
Quality
Good quality - works well for my Flashforge printer
Not to bad filament
Filament was good quality, they come on plastic holders instead of card board which is better for the ams. One of the Filament holders was cracked and had to do extra work to respool it
