This company went above and beyond what most companies would go to make sure their customers are satisfied. I really like the bag and it worked well, but then the lock broke. Even though it is way past the date I could ask for a refund or replacement, I reached out to the seller and after sending a picture of the damaged item they immediately asked if I wanted a full refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement to be sent because I really do like the product. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. I would definitely recommend buying from this seller!

Purchased this charger in March of 2025. By May, it was no longer working. Since it was past the Bolo return date, I emailed Lisen & they replaced the charger no problem. I imagine it was bad luck that it stopped working because the device itself seems well made. Its sturdy, got some weight to it. Thank you Lisen!

I loved this purchase! My husband liked mine so much he asked for one for his car for Father's Day. It fit perfectly in the car socket. It charged my phone up right away. The cables retracts with no problem. I can charge while it is on the dashboard in the phone holder. I have 2 phones (work & personal). I love that I no longer have to drag cables around with me. Its a one stop shop. Its sturdy. It works well and worth every penny. Love my purchase.

Fast charging and longer lasting than most. Highly recommend and worth the money. I order one a year ago and it’s still working. The charger cable for usbc stopped working maybe a month ago but that’s bc of the wear and tear and how I place my phone (bends the cable at the entry point). Still works with the external cable really well. Bought a second once to be safe. Favorited this too and saved a screenshot of the name in case I need one in the future since they last so long, don’t want to not find it.

I got this mainly because I was tired of having cords all over the place in my car. I predominantly only need one USBC at a time so this makes for a much cleaner center console area. If you pull back on the retracting cable and then release it it snaps back pretty reliably. All in all I'm glad I got it. From what I read it's limited to 30 watt output on the USB-C and less on the lightning cable. If you have multiple devices calling from it at a time you're obviously not going to get 30 Watts.

Great. Used it for a week now. Super fast charging works perfectly. Only thing I'm worried about is the retractable cable getting cut because it's very thin and seems way too delicate. The way the cable snaps back I fear it may break soon will update if anything happens. But so far it's great and convenient and good for the price.1 month Update:The charger works great the only problem I faced was the cigar lighter port potion being too long because of which I can't close the cover for my ports. I have a elantra and it has a sliding cover to hide the mess of cables when not in use. Because the charger sticks out so long I can't close the cover. Bending it is not an option because by usb post is right next to it.But other than that it's a great charger I love having access to supernatural charger in my car.I use the type-c . At first I was scared cable can snap at any moment because of how thin it looks. But it seems to be holding great so far.I brought this specific one because it also had a lightning connection. Which is a convenience to have incase if meet a girl that has an iPhone [I have someone in mind].
