A little too sweet for my taste. I know I can always put more water but I don’t like putting too much water so I usually mix one scoop of this and one scoop of unflavored protein powder and that’s my breakfast. Easy to mix and they nail the Cereal flavor.

This is great protein powder for calorie to protein ratio and cost! Almost fits anywhere expect the sugar level might be a little high its a little sweet for my taste but good for the gains. it clumps a little more than the average protein powder just shake, blend a little more than usual. Try it out!

This is just the best flavour i have ever taste on a protein powder, it is amazing, probably too sweet for many people but it is perfect for me and the way it blends is great too.

Got the Cinnabon after reading good reviews. It mixes well and tastes really good. My only complaint is the price. I will still buy occasionally. Curious about the other flavors.
Best Protein Powder Flavor - Cinnabon
I had been looking for a new flavor of protein powder and finally decided to go with the GHOST Whey Protein Powder, Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Flavor. I am typically skeptical of flavorings outside of your typical supplement flavors, but once I tried this, I was brought back to walking through the mall enjoying a carton of gooey, delicious Cinnabon cinnamon roll. This protein powder has become my favorite and is incredibly friendly to utilize in other foods to incorporate your protein intake through other means besides a shake. There is no chalkiness that other brands have presented to me before and it might be an effect of the flavor, but it feels like a loose, smooth cream cheese icing when made into a shake. This protein powder is a delicious way to get my protein in.
Worth the higher cost
Can never go wrong with Ghost. I was hesitant to buy a 5lb tub because I tend to get tired of flavors fast but this one’s a staple so I’m expecting this to last me a while.
Not bad, but not great
It’s meh. The flavor is a bit funky, and so is the smell. Doesn’t really taste like a Cinnabon. The flavor is a bit too sweet while also being overpriced. Way better in milk than water. You can find other brands that offer better flavors while also being cheaper and get you more servings. If you like flavors on the sweeter side, then this might be for you though.

Es mi segunda vez probando una proteína de Ghost y en mi opinión son de las mejores, esta sabe exactamente como el frosting de un cinnabon.Si la mezclas con leche, sabe delicioso, esta cremosa, no esta demasiado dulce, no cae pesado y es agradable. Al mezclarla con agua no es tan cremosa y (en mi opinión) sabe un poco más dulce, pero sigue siendo muy buena.Igual los macros son de los mejores de los sabores de Ghost, y la verdad si vale la pena.El precio se mira un poco intimidante pero no hay nada malo que pueda decir de esta prote.Recomiendo mucho hacer su propia versión de unos roles de canela y usar esta proteína como el frosting.
