I was temporarily on a medication that made my blood pressure go sky high. I have stopped the medication and greatly increase the dose of my blood pressure medication. Even doing that and losing 30 lbs was not enough to get my blood pressure in safer numbers. I've only been taking this for about 3 weeks and my numbers are almost completely back to normal numbers. I am very pleased.
