The media could not be loaded. This area rug definitely didn’t disappoint. I’ve purchased much more expensive jute and sisal rugs from local rug galleries so I was worried this wouldn’t be the same quality. But I did not need to worry. In fact, I prefer these over my much more expensive ones. They’re softer to the touch and much more comfortable to walk on. They’ve held up beautifully despite my golden retriever and little boy’s efforts to leave their mark. Any spills and accidents have cleaned up perfectly without any residual staining. I highly recommend these area rugs anywhere you want a fresh, clean look without spending a fortune.

This is a nice low profile rug, but I need one that is more low profile for my front door. My door scrapes over it. It is a shame because I really need a 3 ft. square rug to protect my carpet. I think it is a nice quality rug though, and it would have been perfect otherwise. I think it would be great on a hardwood floor.

LOVE this rug! Purchased 8’ round for our kitchen. Good quality. Comfortable on the feet despite some reviews saying the sisel material can feel scratchy.’ I did not find that to be an issue. I also purchased the 4’ round and 3 different size runners for our house. Love them all!! Would definitely recommend this rug for a clean and pretty look. Really happy I invested in them. Only drawback…not easy to clean.. Do NOT use cleaning products/chemicals on the rug. Only spot treat with water and dab to dry. Our dog got sick on the rug and it stained the rug. Very unfortunate!

This rug looks great and high quality. It came with some initial annoyances though — the way it was packaged caused some the backing to stick together and it took 2 people to pull apart. It didn’t leave the backing sticky or with residue, so we still felt comfortable putting it on our floors. Second, the way it’s folded made a big crease down the middle. The trick to fixing this is ironing a damp towel on top of the rug on low heat. I was skeptical this would work but it got the rug looking brand new. Lastly, it stank really bad like rubber for 3 days but the smell has gone down immensely. Even with all those complaints I still love the look and quality of the rug.

I really love the quality of this rug. It looks great in my den. This is not a rug you going to play with the kids on, but it certainly serves its purpose while looking beautiful.

I really liked the color and size.... what I continue to deal with are the roll marks. Here it is 2 1/2 months later and I am STILL placing weight on the roll lines and am unable to get them out. I was determined yet It continues to be is eyesore. I will be dealing with the company for some resolution.

I have at least three of these rugs and they never disappoint. They aren’t that soft but aren't that bad under a bare foot. They clean surprisingly well too. I have dogs and cats and their nails don’t seem to affect or pull the material.

My rug came in today and I am so happy!! I needed a large size for this room but I am on a budget so I didn’t want to spend tons of money. This rug looks very high quality but still came in under $500 for a 9x12. It’s been down for a couple hours and there are still a couple wrinkles but I’m sure they will go away with time. There is also a smell, but that will fade away in a few days as well. I do feel like the rug looks a lighter in person than the pictures in the listing do. I like the light color of the rug, but that is something to keep in mind. Lastly, I love the look of sisal rugs, but I HATE how they feel on bare feet. I decided that I liked how they look enough to get over my sensory issues, but I must say this one is not as scratchy as others I’ve walked on! It certainly isn’t soft or anything, but it doesn’t give me the heebie jeebies to walk on it barefoot. Overall, I can’t say enough about how great this rug is!
Good rug, but too rough for me.
My 5 stars are for service, since it arrived as expected and got refunded immediately as I shipped it back.I ordered this rug for my home office. The texture on the pictures looked smoother. It would have worked for another space but it was too rustic for under my desk. It seemed well done and nicely finished overall.

Can't get any customer support
The rug is perfect, Bolo shipped me 2 of them and I can't get any help in sending the one back that they sent by mistake. How long am I expected to store this huge rug for Bolo before they come and pick it up. I have better things to keep in my shed, I don't need to store things for Bolo. This is the only way that I can get Bolos attention.
