It’s pretty good but there are a few things I don’t like. Plug gets really hot when it has been plugged in for just a few minutes. The face wrap doesn’t get warm enough for me. And it is getting very dirty very fast. Definitely not washable. It is helpful with tmj issues so fairly happy with it but wouldn’t buy this one again.

I suffer from seasonal earraches that can sometimes radiate into my jawline and cause occasional toothache throbbing. The most soothing relief I have felt when, in spring and fall times, and the weather is very damp and cold, is heatI am accustomed to taking a hot water bottle and holding it in place. One day this product came across my Bolo feed when I was looking for something else.This product is such a relief! It’s soft against my skin, wraps around my head easily and Velcro fastens quickly and easily. It’s easy to put on and take off. To just click the button and have heat to my ears and jaw is refreshing! I feel very pampered! The heat is instant and feels wonderful and calms down my pain in seconds. Very soothing for my ears and jaw.

I get frequent sinus headaches with weather changes, so I was looking for something to provide some comfort. I like the heat it puts out on my eyes, but the fit could be better. I wish the nose indent were larger, because for me to get the pressure I need, I have to squish my nose, which hurts. I'm working on trying to adjust it different ways. It's not a complete write off, but I can't give it 5 stars.

Barely heats up, even at max settings. For $25 I was expecting higher quality material and build out. Looks like a cheap product upsold on Bolo without any care given.

A lot more therapeutic than I thought it was going to be.Almost fall asleep with it on. Seems to relieve some discomfort in my jaw.

It was functional, but the heating system had two problems:One it was not evenly distributed; only the top left and bottom right actually got warm because the cords inside were piled on those sides. I tried to move them around but that didn't help because they could only move so far.Two the parts that did get warm didn't get warm enough to actually help. Even on the highest setting it wasn't enough.So in all it was functional, but not functional enough to actually help with any jaw pain.

I absolutely love this heated mask, it heats up fast and the functions are very easily to read and understand timer is great and it definitely stayed on and it's extremely soft. This helps me with my sinuses and definitely the puffiness!!
