I am a large woman and get heat rash easily in the summer months with the extra sweat, dirt from outdoor activity and spicy/salty foods. This paste is great as a preventative it doesn't have a fishy smell like Desitin or other zinc creams. It is expensive BUT a little goes a long way, it really is a thick paste. It also works great on baby's diaper rash...my great grandchild was red as a beet and this worked wonders in a couple days! It heals almost any rash and is VERY soothing and protective. I have even used it on my chickens!

This is the only diaper cream that works for 1 year old son. We have tried literally all of the butt creams out there at this point. He had a persistent diaper rash for months. This was the only cream that cleared it up, and if he looks a bit raspy we just put this on it. Overnight it can clear him up. We love this brand as well. The regular strength triple paste cream is also a staple in our house. The EWG rating for this brand is great as well which makes me feel like I am making a good/safe choice for my babies. We are 100% a triple paste family.
