Perfect nonstick skillet for eggs or pancakes for one. No scratches since I wash by hand. Lovely color.

I love the green pan line, and I have several of these pans. This is a great omelet pan, because it's deep enough, but still a smaller round pan. Everything glides across this pan, and with proper care and use, these can last for a long time. I will say, I do not use this or any other pan I have over more than medium heat. It conducts the heat evenly, and you shouldn't need to scorch anything at all. It practically wipes clean, but for piece of mind, I like to throw it in the dishwasher as needed. Fantastic pan

I rarely use non-stick pans, and instead choose stainless steel. But I like having one non-stick pan in my collection. This one is simply amazing. I literally love it. I was able to throw out an old one that was chipping, and replace it with this one. I was telling my husband that I want another one. It is perfect for frying chicken, scrambling eggs, and sautéing veggies. It has so many uses, but my favorite is scrambling eggs in it. They come out perfect every single time. I was just telling my husband that I would actually buy a second one and pay money for it, which is rare for Vine items, but I would definitely buy another of these pans. It is an amazing addition to my collection and kitchen. It has gotten a ton of use since it arrived.

The media could not be loaded. While I traditionally use cast iron, my teenager has been cooking more lately, and I wanted something easy for him to use, lightweight and easy to clean. This pan is perfect in every way. I made eggs with it straightaway, because that to me is a good indicator of how easily something will cook and clean. I pre-warmed the skillet before adding fat, as recommended, then added my eggs. They just slid around in there, and then glided out onto my plate, it was a lovely cooking experience! The pan washed up a breeze, and it's now a favorite for quick snacks or mini-meals. It is small in size, but we use it mostly for eggs in the morning. The pan is sturdy and really attractive. I feel like it's an excellent quality piece, and love how it's non-toxic. My son feels confident using this to cook for himself, and that's priceless to me.

And I love the color. The feel of the pan and handle is very sturdy. Doesn't feel like it's going to snap off. Other pan handles can feel wiggly, this one isn't. It's been used every night since we've received it. Non stick is wonderful. Easy to clean. A great sauté pan to add to my cabinet. Would be a very nice gift too.

It seems that the Green Pan website only matches this price during holidays or sales. This is a good way to get the “sale” price throughout the year. So far, this is working well. Only having it a short time makes it impossible to comment on durability. One good feature is that this can be used with induction burners.
