Functionality , durability are very disappointing’ i have ask for help and suggestion to stabilize the arm , at any time they just drop. The spring clips are not long enough to stay through the holes and make it stable. Please help. I will not recommend this to anyone.

As others have mentioned, the instructions do indeed leave a bit to he desired but we were able to get it assembled in under 30 minutes. my father recently underwent major surgery so this is a very helpful addition to his hot tub to help him avoid extra strain while he recovers!

I recently bought this spa cover lifter, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer! My spa cover now floats off like it's auditioning for Cirque du Soleil.But the instructions? Oh boy. It was like deciphering an ancient scroll. I think I might have accidentally summoned a minor deity with my assembly attempts. I ended up with a bunch of leftover pieces, which I've decided are either spare parts or the start of my own DIY art installation.Despite the cryptic manual, the lifter works brilliantly. Just be ready for a bit of a puzzle when putting it together. Who knew a spa cover lifter could double as an IQ test?Overall, an awesome product – if you enjoy a good laugh and a mental workout during assembly. The carrier brackets are too wide, therefore the cover hangs awkwardly and indent the cover. Secondly, if anyone has a contact number for service (Areille?) I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Darin

Quality not 100%, customer service from seller 0%

We received our order for this and opened it to begin assembly. We noticed once it was open that there was paint/a coating that’s already began chipping off. Now, i understand that this doesn’t exactly affect the direct use of the product, but the paint/coating most likely protects the metal from rusting. If it’s already chipping, that not only leads me to believe it’s not the highest quality, but that there’s a chance this product won’t last long. I had to contact the seller as Bolo couldn’t help, and the seller representative wasn’t extremely professional. I was told I could fix it by airbrushing it with more paint (which I informed the rep that I’d need an airbrush for that, which I don’t have and shouldn’t have to buy because their product lacks quality). The rep then condescendingly offered me $25 and said “I’m so sorry the for the small paint chip that doesn’t affect use”. As well as mentioning by giving me this $25, they make no profit. Honestly, the entire experience was a little taxing and put a bad taste in my mouth.As for the product. It’s OK. Not great. I don’t think I’d recommend it based on the quality let alone the customer service from the company.
