Thought I was experiencing Estogen dominance and having IBS, I am not able to eat broccoli, as I see so frequently recommended for estrogen issues. This product has really made a difference! I am not nearly as bloated and feel muchh better!!! Great product!

This product performs well for menopause but the casings taste like ass. I throw the capsule to the back of my throat, to bypass the taste of it, swallow quickly with a sip of water.

Since using these along with Carlyle Brand for Her Myo and D Chiro inositol my perimenopause symptoms have decreased A LOT. I usually have breast pain before my period and it's been gone the last two months. My periods have become stronger and cycles have lengthened by a couple of more days. I don't feel the swelling and puffiness in my body during cycle changes either. Haven't noticed any better or worse digestive issues. I'd say this is a solid supplement. I almost finished the bottle with one pill a day before writing this review.
