Three tests taken so far with these and I'm glad to have them. 2 were positive with smokers taking the test, and 1 was possibly an anomaly b/c it came back negative (more like inconclusive) with a smoker so we tried again and it was positive. I can see how helpful they will be for vapers and smokers who are quitting, it's interesting to see the results and keep track if there is any progress with how long cotinine is in your system. A useful set. It's best to use your own sterile cups, the ones provided are really small.

This testing brand appears to give false positives. I have been nicotine free for five days, and have been testing twice a day with three different test strips, all stating that they will show a positive result at values >200ng/mL. At the start of day four the other two tests started showing levels below the 200 ng/mL cutoff, while this test continues to give a positive result (indicating a value >200ng/mL). I have included a picture, where you can see this brand (on top) showing a positive result, while the other brand is showing negative. These tests were run under the exact same conditions, using the same urine sample, and run at the same time. I understand this is not a qualitative test, and that this is a small sample size experiment, but it is either faulty or inaccurate and does not give a correct result. Tomorrow I will begin using box number two of this brand. Maybe one box is bad, we shall see. One possibly positive aspect, assuming these are just more sensitive and not outright faulty, is that if you want a MORE sensitive test than the typical 200ng/mL this one may be for you, though they advertise at 200 so I will not be trusting them in the future.

Tested this product once on myself who is a user of nicotine and another person who does not use and results were accurate. Easy to read but small cheap little cups (which was fine for our use).

These home cotinine tests are very easy to use and seem to be accurate. The kit comes with small cups to collect your sample. Then dip the test strip in the sample and wait the specified amount of time. They make it very easy to read. The instructions are easy to understand.

After trying this product several times, the results could have been more accurate. The product is easy to use and does not take a lot of time to get the results; it is just that every time I tried it, my results were inconclusive. Since I do not smoke or use any nicotine product, I thought it would be an easy negative, but that was not the case. For these reasons, I am giving this product two stars.

I use vapes with nicotine. That being said, I tried this test kit and low and behold, it detected nicotine immediately. It was very easy to use. 20 tests are included with this kit, which includes little urine collector cups.
