My beard is easier to handle and it’s softer.My face looks and feels better without the flakes that happen with dry skin. Because it has castor oil as its first ingredient, it can be greasy or sticky if applied heavily. You don’t need much and you want to focus on the skin anyway. That’s where the magic happens.I even put it in my hair. Massage it into the scalp. Keep it light. Comb as usual.

I have been using the First Melody Beard Balm for about a few weeks now and I have to say I have noticed a positive change. To be honest, I have had issues with patchy beard and dry skin and it has been quite hard to find a product that could help – and this is the first one. This beard balm is incredible, it is a game-changer!Do not let the go-go formula with 2X thickening biotin trick you. I have noticed a very big improvement in the fullness and density of my beard. It makes my beard stronger and healthier, and even the parts which were almost bare are now becoming fuller. That is why I love the biotin in it for helping the hair grow as well as preventing hair fall, which has been an issue for me.I love that it contains only natural ingredients such as the Moroccan Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Castor Oil along with Vitamin E. These oils are extremely rich and I apply them on my beard to make it super soft and easy to manage. There are products out there that either make my beard oily or do nothing at all and this balm is the opposite – it is super moisturizing but not too rich.The smell is also good as it has a vanilla, cedar, and orange smell, which is quite nice, although not very strong. I like the smell of it every morning, and I have even had people comment on the smell.This beard balm is quite unique in its application, and that is where I find it most appealing. It is quite economical and does not take much of my time to use; it simply takes a while to massage it into my beard. I use a little of it and warm it up in my palms, then massage it into my beard and mustache. This balm gets easily absorbed into the skin and there is no greasy feeling whatsoever, which is a plus for me. The styling effect is also very good since it helps in defining my beard and ensures that it does not get messy during the day.The fact that it is made with organic ingredient, is vegan, and does not contain sulfates, parabens, and other harsh chemicals on my skin makes me very comfortable. This means I can use it every day without having to worry about my skin getting irritated or having product built up on it.Therefore, I am happy with the achievements that I have made with the help of this product. My beard has never been as smooth, dense, and manageable as it is now. If you are in the market for a great beard balm that will help you with growth, conditioning, and styling, then I highly suggest you try the First Melody Beard Balm. So far so good! I've been growing my beard for a few years now on and off and since so have been using all different kinds of beard balms/ oils. This one BY FAR makes my beard feel softer yet thicker. I don't have the best beard it's patchy and thin but the quality is definitely noticeable 👍

Ok, ladies, I will not lie. I did not get this for hubbies beard. The ingredients were intriguing to me. Grow a better beard? What about hair and scalp? I mean...biotin.I wanted something for my scalp and hair that could travel without spilling all over the bathroom shelf in the camper. This fits that want. The product is the consistence of a lip balm or lipstick. No sloshing. The container has a screw on style lid so it won't randomly pop off. It is the size of a tobacco can so it doesn't take up much room. It even comes with a scoop so you can use it without contaminating the product.The balm melts quickly and evenly on your fingers or palms and my hair absorbs it in an instant. It is a bit "heavy" to use as a conditioner, but I rub it lightly into the ends of my hair to keep them from drying out. I mostly wanted it for my scalp to rub in the way you would do with liquid oils. I put it on my fingertips and rake it onto my scalp and massage it in. Just a little. This isn't a greasy balm but it is heavy.The fragrance is woodsy to me. I get a sort of complicated birch bark scent. Or maybe more like when you open a cedar chest. The scent that sort of wafts out when you open the lid. Stronger in the container than on the skin, of course. When on the ends of my hair the scent is very very light. Just barely noticeable even.A little bit goes a long way. If you get heavy handed you will be washing your hair or your beard. Unless you like super shiny and wet/greasy looking beard. hah. Seriously, a little dab will do ya here.I like the product enough that I have a second one. I am not sure if it comes with multiple scents, but that would be a nice option to have.

Love the stuff. Just recently started growing a beard again and thought I’d try it out. It’s less “oily” than my previous one which is a huge win. Love the ingredients as well.
