This is a great small size, coffee maker, ideal for for taking with you when traveling, or in a small space. I have a small apartment size kitchen, and this fits perfectly on my countertop. Brews my coffee beautifully: brews hot enough to get the flavor from a coffee pod, and it’s easy to use. Overall, a great purchase!

The company says will do returns no question asked but don’t beleive it they don’t stand behind their product cofee maker didn’t even last a year it gets hot but won’t drip into cup I loved it when it worked but I wouldn’t bother mfg doesn’t care about their customer satisfaction

Maybe I’m spoiled by my nice Ninja kcup machine at home, so take my review for what it is.I am giving 3 stars because the end result was great. It was nice and hot and tasted as I would expect.My issue is the set up and time it takes. The reservoir takes extra time to fill because you can only pour it in so fast. I am not sure where other reviews get that it takes as much time to brew as other machines, but that is not my experience at all. It takes a good 3 minutes of heating before it starts to even pour.If you sit at a desk and have the time to wait and the attention to fill the ungodly slow filling reservoir, then this should work for you. My work breaks are only fifteen minutes. I don’t want to spend ten minutes of that making the coffee. If it had a reservoir that would fill my cup twice, this may have been a whole different review.
