It looks nice (the red color is gorgeous), it worked as expected. Now, not so much.Now, 2 weeks in the water won't go into the machine without my pumping my finger into the hole. Usually the water bubbles down. Now there are no bubbles. I have only used filtered water. The filter is clean. I am so disappointed now.I have emailed the company and will update this review depending on how they respond.UPDATE: I received a reply to my email within 2 days. The issue was resolved and I am happy again. Their customer service is superb. In the way businesses are now it was a very pleasant surprise.

I generally do not like pod type coffeemakers because I’ve never thought the coffee got hot enough or brewed long enough to make a tasty cup. But being single I felt that I was wasting too much coffee in my traditional pot for just me.Not wanting to spend too much on a well-known brand, I decided to give this one a try.Wow! This pot is well-made and brews a hot and tasty cup of coffee. I also like that the pods lock in.I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I read what it had to say about the coffee maker over again and I think what the problem is is it just has one needle like all of them but that one needle has four different outlets that go to different areas of the K cup so it seems that maybe Everything is OK because it just talks about one needle with four holes in it, but it was confusing because I thought it should have four holes in the bottom of the K cup. The cup of coffee was fine. Tasted good so I guess everything is OK. Sorry about that

I've had this chulux for a few months and it's operation has been disappointing. The primary issue is that it pulls about 50% of the water through the system while the remainder stays within the system so I have to overfill it to get a full cup. About 20% of the time it will pull all of the water through, thus leaving a big mess. I bought my original chulux in 2019 and it worked great until it died (a 6 year lifespan is decent). But unfortunately this one just isn't built the same.
