The step 2 cannon arrived in the same package, but upon using the very first time, we noticed there was an issue. We reached out to the company, 4 days later, still no response. Having to return the entire order, if your getting Stars and Stripes Ultimate Touch Free Vehicle Wash, we would not recommend their packages, especially the cannons, cheap components I would suppose from the issues we had right out of the gate.Update- the company reached out and was able to address the issue. We were having definitely will continue to order from them. Appreciate their response.

I love chem-x as a pre-wash but honestly you do need to do a contact wash with this product to get a car fully clean. I did a few cars with this set in my neighborhood and only 1 out of the 5 cars i did was clean enough for me to feel comfortable with using a drying towel on as it still had a bit of "road flim" on the paintI would like to note that they do not say they will clean everything but rather only 80% and i think they meet that

Had the package (1 Gallon of star and stripes each + the foam canons) delivered yesterday. Very well packed, no leaks and nice usage cards in there.The foam canons are quite nice and have different settings for the foam as needed.Why did I give it one star?I had been looking forward to this for a while after seeing quite a few you tube videos and the ease of how the users claimed the touches washing worked on different levels of dirty cars/trucks. Having two dark blue cars, I was hoping that the touches wash offered by this product would reduce the risk of swirl marks etc with the traditional wash at home. I washed two of my cars with this product today morning -1) First one which had a light dust layer on it, mostly from being parked in the garage and some light brake dust and a couple of spots of bird poop.2) Second had slightly more dirt on it having driven through rain for a couple of hours.The result? after using the blue and red foam and washing with pressure washer as described in pamphlets, I did not see any impact at all (other than water taking off any loose dust etc). Couple of spots with bird droppings did not clean and needed pressure washer to get them off. Finally had to resort to my trusty wet wash spray to bring the cars to desired clean surface.Very disappointed with this. I'll give it one more try with another car which also has some light dust and a few dead inspects plastered on the front bumper. Maybe I did not have the blue and red sprays just right... maybe! If that does not work either, the package is going back to the seller unfortunately as I would rather stick with my trusty Costco car shampoo and that little elbow grease.The pictures are after the cars were washed - difficult to show the dirt left, but hopefully the dirty cloth shows how dirty the car was even after the wash - contrary to what is shown repeatedly on you tube videos. I would say both car surface was 80% dirty.

Great foaming and cleaning power and never touch the vehicle. Great for removing winter salt and grime and the vehicle looks great. I did two vehicles in 15 minutes. I will definitely buy again.
