Magnesium that is effective, has no after taste & doesnt bother my stomach at all.I take 2 before bed and this helps with sleep, bone health, muscle relaxation and healthy teeth.After a fall that resulted in surgery I started taking this product. I bought a different magnesium supplement before I tried this brand which I liked but figured I would give this a shot after hearing great things about it and I am glad I did! I noticed I do sleep deeper when I take this supplement. I take it maybe an hour or so before bed. However; I do not like that it’s not coated. The tablet itself it pretty big and dry (since it’s not coated) but I would for sure buy this again!
