I've never known which kind of knife is best for which job, so I love that these have the purpose written right there on the sheath. Two of the sheaths have gone into the garbage disposal, though, and since they're hard, thin plastic, they got chewed up. One might think that since the sheaths are so important to me, I'd think to take better care with them. One would be mistaken.

Knife sets bright variety of colors are beautiful to look at. They are very easy to find & distinguish which is your preferred when bunched up & stored in a kitchen drawer. I recommend purchasing a knife sharpener; as they do cut very sharp to the touch at first, however begin to dull down about 2 months of constant daily use. For the price this was a good buy.
