The material is okay in thickness. I didn't find my deep navy to be see through at all. Great value for me. I do love the fit as it is right now but would be problem if it shrinks because it fits snug in the chest area but does leave room around the belly. Love the color and the softness though.

Runs slightly small, but fits nice. I thought the shirt would fit & look out of shape especially on the shoulders but the polo looks flattering. Fabric is soft & comfortable. Transparent material (see through shirt) but thats with most shirts these days. IMO Navy blue is the color to get for polos just like black is color to get for a t shirt. Avoid everything else.

I agree with other reviews, these shirts run small. I got a 3x and it fits like a 2x. Also, I bought them for the material stated cotton/polyester. But the outer material is still rough. So I was displeased with that. But the shirt does have good length and is comfortable enough to wear as long as you order the right size.
