I took it to a stereo shop to see about get installed, and they completed the installation that very same day. I own a 2014 Mercedes CLA 250 base model, and the new screen did NOT cover my air vent system. It looks exactly like the online pictures! I don't know if maybe the stereo place tweaked some things with my audio system during the installation, but the sound in my car is more crisp and just better! It was so easy to sync with my Galaxy S24, and I love that it's touch screen! Also love the Navigation! My car didn't originally come with a back-up camera system, but I can install one with this monitor, so I will be doing that really soon. Overall awesome purchase!

Installing was SUCH a pain but car looks great now. Works perfectly and has all the CarPlay features newer cars have. Installed on a 2014 Mercedes CLA250.

The media could not be loaded. Easy plug and play! Had issues with no sound at first but removing optical (yellow or green) 2 pin harness from original harness and connecting it to new harness fixed the problem

Swapped out the old screen on my 2014 CLA for this 10.25-inch touchscreen. Install was a breeze—just a little dash work and everything fit perfect. The bigger screen makes a huge difference, even though it covers the vents a bit. Car controls still work fine, and it runs fast. Super happy with the extra screen space and functionality!

I like the way this installed, which is to say it was easy. Everything plugged in the same as the one that we removed, and with only minor removal and restoration of the dash, including putting on the new bezel - that matches up perfectly, btw - it's done and it works just the same. It's now a lot more screen space and it goes into an area that wasn't really used before. It covers the vents slightly - there's no real way around that, and it sits up a tiny bit taller into the field of view, but nothing that interferes. It runs everything just as before and the car controls it, just as before - it's really just the same thing with a better, much bigger screen and more apps. Works well - very fast. I like it.
