This thing is durable, easy to put together, lights are cool, very cool to drive and maneuver. One con is the seat does not move forward or backwards but other than that, great price!

I purchased this for my husband prior to a family vacation so he would be able to get around comfortably,he has several health issues , when we arrived out of town (we had only received this a few days before leaving) we went to use it and the battery would not stay charged so we charged it again thinking maybe we didn’t let it charge long enough ,so after charging we went to use it again and it died with in minutes of use being we were out of town and needed it so I took it to a local shop it see what the issue was they ran diagnostics on it and it had several dead cells in the battery being we needed it I had no choice but to pay $160 to get it fixed I contacted the company looking for some type of reimbursement for their faulty item and their response was there is nothing wrong with our batteries …really? Clearly there was something wrong with the batteries it would not keep a charge and when test showed dead cells in the battery they responded with we will give you $20 …..$20 I had to come out of pocket for $160 to fix their faulty item and all they wanted to reimburse me was $20 they were extremely rude and kept insisting there was nothing wrong with their item…. Just want to let people know if you plan on purchasing look elsewhere for another company that backs their products

So far so good, it’s a bit heavier than I thought since not able to totally to remove the back wheels. Other than that I love it!

The scooter works great, however I would like to see an adjustment so the person could sit further back for more leg room. Second of all better instructions!!!! The unit came hitched together. I was unable to figure out how to dismantle the front from the back. Until I got a person that stopped at the house, I had no idea what to do. More instruction was given for the basket on front. Also the pictures sent may have helped but they were copied so much they were a muddy mess of dark photos. The price was great and I am sure this unit will be wonderful for traveling if the instructions were better. Better instructions and I would have given it 5 stars.

Great scooter that can take you anywhere. Took my mother on a cruise to Alaska and she was able to get all over the place. Was able to ride onto the airplane as well.

Started out running fine. Then I parked it, covered it and let it sit for a few weeks. Now, even though it's fully charged, the damn thing won't move...just beeps at me.No clue what the current malfunction is and the instructions are no help.UPDATE: CS said it was probably the battery, so a new one was sent and received. I charged it, installed it, but no progress. Damn thing still just sits there.....beeping at me.Tried to contact CS again, but, conveniently, they are not answering the phone (phone number "not available"???) and the mailbox is full so no leaving messages.I am still paying on this silly contraption that I can't use.WASTE. OF. MONEY.
