I was gifted a few of these around Christmas, and we loved them so much I had to reorder. When my husband came down with a cold recently, he actually asked for them—thank goodness for Prime delivery, because they showed up the next day.If you place one in the corner of the shower, the scent is milder but can last 2–4 showers. If you place it directly under the stream, the aroma is much stronger and so helpful when you're sick and stuffy. It’s like a little eucalyptus spa moment at home. Definitely a staple in our bathroom now!

I’ve had chronic sinusitis since February of 2025. I had bought some shower steamers a craft show in the fall of 2024 and found them to be extremely helpful in my shower with glass doors. Theses steamer tabs far exceed the ones I had bought at the craft show. My family suffers from sinusitis as well as asthma. I’ve shared with them and they have been a game changer for us. I will say they seem to be more effective in a glass enclosed shower. But they are awesome to me at least given they open my breathing passages.

These are amazing. I’ve been extremely congested for over a week and after using just one, I can feel a difference already. They do have a strong smell so be aware of that. I personally like the smell, my husband not so much.
