The prescribed equipment is cumbersome and tedious. I ordered this unit and I love the simplicity. It does the same thing as prescribed device. Easy to use - plug in the outlet, set intensity, and put the feet on the device. It send gentle stimulation up the feet and helps relieve the pain. LOVE IT.

The product was easy to unpackage and use. Nice quality and sturdy. I have not used the attached TENS function. Not much information available about the different modes, but as stated there are 25 and the machine can go up in strength as much as 99. I have tried up to 30 strength and that seems to be plenty for me at this point! So far I like what feels to me like the strongest impulses in mode 8. The reason I knocked a star off is that it would be nice if you could set a default mode and maybe even strength in so you don't have to select everything each time. Using the remote, I have to move backwards from 25 to 8 and up from zero to around 30. This will reduce the battery life and wear the remote out.I wanted to try this for circulation and have used the machine 2-3 times per day for almost a week and already my foot seems less tingly when I lie down to sleep. This is a great machine...not so much a massager, but a giant TENS machine for your feet and nerves. This machine seems like good idea for anybody who is middle age and up and for those with diabetes in their genetics.

I like the product works very well. Feels very good and comparable to acupuncture.The remote doesn’t work , I sent message to seller hoping for a replacement.Seller replaced the remote with a new one. It works great. The ease of is much better. Thank you.

Easy to use, big/bold numbers, stimulator graph, and timer are lite up so easy to read, and pads to use on back, waist, shoulder, arm, neck, or knees. There is a remote that you can use so you don't have to bend over. It is helping with my feet pain, neuropathy, and blood circulation. It does plug into an outlet.
