My wife and I have been using this bed frame for over 3 years now, and even took it apart and moved it with us after a year of owning it. We bought it just to use until we found something better, but we just never felt the need to upgrade since. There is tons of room to store things beneath it, it is sturdy and has been going strong all this time, great investment and highly recommend!

My king size mattress fits perfectly on the frame. I peeled the stickers off so it doesn't slide or move around. The space underneath is amazing.

The only thing not great about this product is the design doesn't contain a lip to hold the mattress in one place. Instead it unfortunately slides around as you move or bump it, even the littlest but. We'll have to figure out how to stop that, but be aware if that when you purchase. Otherwise it's sturdy and easy to put together and looks nice too.

Let's get this out of the way, you're getting what you pay for.It's not an expensive, robust, lifelong bed frame.It is a cost effective, quality for price, and well thought out frame at this price point.It was very easy to assemble with little to no faff. There were some extra bits that were really nice, like the rubber grommets supporting the slats, and the wrench to tighten everything.All the pieces lined up well, and I was done building it within 30 minutes.My only advice is that, when installing the bolts(specifically on the corners on the frame), to be careful of over tightening. You might feel like the bolt just keeps going, but this is due to the frame collapsing in from the torque. As mentioned, this is a great bargain, but there are some sacrifices that need to be made(like material) that you need to be ok with.Definitely suggest if you need a quick bed frame for a guest room for family, as was my case

Earlier this year, I bought a whole new bedroom furniture set. The bed, though very nice otherwise, was not designed properly for fully supporting a box spring. This resulted in the 4 month-old box spring breaking. Now I could have replaced it under warranty through the mattress retailer, but this would just happen again. So I spent hours researching all these different platform frames and ultimately decided on the Zinus Abel. I needed a platform that would fit inside the wood bed frame. I was nervous about ordering it because I wasn't sure if I could trust the advertised dimensions. The dimensions are, however, exactly as advertised.Putting this frame together was really easy. It took me about 45 minutes, but only because I had a small amount of room to work with and had to assemble it inside my wood bed frame (so that I wouldn't have to take it apart) according to a per-rehearsed plan. (That and I accidentally grabbed the wrong legs for the center cross bar, so they didn't touch the floor and I had to switch them out for the correct ones. Oops.) If I were setting it up in the open, or prior to setting up the wood bed frame, it would have gone much faster.The platform is nice and solid, more so than I expected. I was also pleased to see that there is some padding on the center rail to keep the slats from making any noise against it.When I was researching this frame, I of course paid attention to the negative reviews. There is a common theme among them in that most of the people experiencing problems with the legs either have hardwood floors or the platform is standing alone. All beds will move when you use them, even without any "fun stuff." I don't expect that mine will move, as I placed some acoustic foam as shims around each corner of the platform to keep the platform from shifting inside my bed frame. Perhaps others may find it beneficial to secure the platform to minimize the shifting that can cause damage to the legs. The other problem I've seen people have is over-torquing the bolts. It's best to tighten them down until they stop, and then use just a little more pressure to torque them down until they stop again. Never tighten them so much that the rails start to cave in around the bolt heads. Also, take a little clear nail polish and dab it on the ends of the bolt threads...just a dab at the end...and they won't loosen over time but can still be removed normally.

Todo está excelente con una salvedad. Me faltó una pieza. No la usaré hasta tenerla, ya envié mensaje a soporte directamente con el fabricante, espero me den la debida solución. Sea cual sea el caso, actualizaré mi opinión y daré cuenta de lo que suceda. Lamentablemente la estuve esperando por mucho tiempo y ahora que por fin la tengo, es una pena no poder sacarle provecho.
Excelente base, de gran calidad
Si estas buscando una base para cama que puedas desmontar, no sea muy aparatosa y sea resistente, este es el producto que necesitas. Viene con todos sus accesorios y herramientas para armar y es muy facil de instalar. Leí algunos comentarios diciendo que no era resistente y que hacia ruidos, aún así me parecio una excelente opción debido a que vivo en un apartamento que rento y no quiero una base que sea dificil de transportar o mover si algun día me voy. Pues luego de más de un año de uso debo decirles que es una excelente compra, es muy resistente (soporta sin ningun problema "actividades nocturnas"), no hace ruidos, si escuchas alguno seguramente es tu colchon y no la base. Es muy solida y estyo seguro que cuando me mude no tendré problema en guardarla y transportarla.
very nice, solid bed frame
70 years old, little petite lady, and, i made this bed frame all by myself! the directions were easy, the packaging made all the parts easy to , nice small box, but still pretty heavy :) had to open it at the bottom of the stairs :) and carry the parts up in smaller groups, but, it is a bed after all :) you want it to have some durability :) it went together easily, the tool supplied was great, it is solid as a rock, doesnt wiggle or squeak :) my only suggestion would be little’letter’ stickers on the different parts, to match the diagram instructions, then i wouldn’t have had to scrutinize the parts :)

Tiene un estilo minimalista que me encanta mucho, lo agarre en una super buena oferta, ademas de que si lo encontré disponible, agradezco mucho haberlo comprado, le da al cuarto un diseño único, no hace ruido y bien que aguanta los brincos jaja, fácil de armar y desarmar por si cambias de casa seguido, es muy practico.
