I use these swabs to apply medicated gel to my cat's gums. The stiff handle stick lets me really get back in there at his back teeth way better than a bristled toothbrush. I like the cotton gauze head because it holds the medicine and gets it rubbed into the right spots. I was not impressed at all with the way these swabs arrived. They were just vacuum sealed haphazardly. No storage bag or box at all. This did flatten out the cotton gauze and they did not fully poof back out.

I got these for cleaning retro video games, and they're great! They're a perfect fit for cartridge-based games... NES, Genesis, even something as small as a Game Boy cartridge. They're especially useful for N64 games, which have these little metal tabs at the back that tend to catch and pull the fibers of spun cotton swabs.I doubt that anyone looking at these will have this purpose in mind... but these are basically the perfect swabs for cleaning game cartridges. They're more expensive than Q-tips, but well worth it!
