I bought these toothbrushes in hopes to begin a journey to greener living. I had some doubts with wanting to make the switch thanks to many customers complaining about having splinters or the bristles not being up to par but I'm here to say that that is not the case. The bamboo handle and head of the toothbrush is nice and smooth without any signs of splintering. The bristles are softer than the normal medium toothbrush however they are not soft bristles and they feel wonderful on my teeth; I'm receiving the same level of clean as I did with the regular plastic stuff. The bristles are so cute, they are my pride toothbrush for sure, proud to be who I am, proud to be greener for the environment haha. Each toothbrush is individually boxed in cardboard which is awesome, they do not come wrapped in a crap ton of plastic. Now, I'm just looking for other areas where I could become greener.

Came in great. All intact. Just as shown in the picture. No plastic wrapping, only small biodegradable boxes. I like changing out my toothbrush very often, so this was a good deal for me. Bonus that the rainbow lifts my mood in the morning. Very soft bristles (great for my sensitive gums). Step 1 on my journey of trying to make brushing more enjoyable.

I bought a set of these just to see what they were like. The bamboo "feel" quickly looses its irritating novelty. The handle is a cm or so shorter than my hand finds normally comfortable, but they're not "too short." The bristles are a little stiffer than normal for "soft" bristles, but soaking them for a few seconds in hot water solves that, though the energy to heat the water seems a waste. They are also thicker than normal, and each brush has had one or two pull out form getting caught between my teeth.I can't imagine using any toothbrush for the four months some people say, and these brushes seem to lose their charm and usefulness after a month. Rather than composting these (how long's that gonna take?), you might consider using them for garden sign pegs or children's building logs. On the other hand, bamboo is so invasive that I wonder about doing anything to encourage its planting.These come in very nice, plain, cardboard boxes, and I get a warm feeling when I recycle them, though I keep feeling that they ought to have some practical use.

The bristles are very soft and durable. I feel a sense of relief that they’re organic, eco friendly and don’t have a weird plastic taste to them that normal toothbrushes have.
Quality brushes that don’t harm the environment
I’m never going back to traditional plastic toothbrushes.These bamboo brushes last just as long if not longer, are gentle on my teeth/gums and do an excellent job cleaning.My husband was sceptical at first, but is now a convert. Believe me that says a lot!
