I rely on this stuff so much because I had to get foot surgery and other cosmetic procedures. Works so much better than arnica for me. Could not survive without this!
Helps well with my digestion
After taking these bromelain supplements these past weeks, I have been seeing some improvement in my digestive system. When I took them each day, I noticed that there was hardly any flavor to them. the capsules were fully loaded too. I have tried these supplements both in and with my food such as hamburger, pizza, etc and I definitely noticed a good difference after about an hour or so of taking them. just so you know, I have a pretty fast metabolism so I will easily know pretty quickly if a supplement works or not. overall I am satisfied with my purchase because now I have a good enzyme supplement that will help me with fatty foods be digested more easily.
Great for swelling!
This was recommended by my surgeon for after care. It worked great and reduced my swelling. There is no taste and they are easy to swallow
