I love the looks of this Toaster.. Looks very nice on my kitchen counter...My only complaint is that not all the heating elements are working..especiall on the one side...I have to flip the bread over as it does not cook evenly.. Not sure if I want to return it for a new one or not..

after using it for a day, part of the toast bread didn't work, it also overheats immediately as if the thermostat wasn't working and so the toast continues to cook until it burns.

Under performs - not worth the price
The elements don't all light up; patchy distribution of heat. On the HIGHEST setting (7), gets only a golden toasting. Luckily I like my toast on the light side and at least my toast will never burn. However, one should be able to get a darker toasting for the price. Looks pretty but for performance, just buy the basic toaster from CTC or any local hardware store.
