Short summary: Buy something else, their tech support is awful and useless.I read the manual before trying to use this 3D printer. The instructions said to use the included Cura slicer software and install the M320 printer profile included in the Cura slicer. I'm not sure if I was given the wrong CF card with the printer or something changed since they printed the manual. The included Cura slicer version on the CF card that came with my printer did not include a printer profile for the Malyan M320 printer. Neither did the latest version of Cura when I downloaded and installed it.Due to this issue of this issue, I emailed their tech support and explained my problem in detail. After waiting a few days, the reply I received was basically, "Sorry for the delay. Have you tried reading the manual?" Instead of sending me the printer profile for Cura or another slicer software, they ignored what my message said and basically told me to read the manual, which I said that I already did. They could have solved the issue in one email by sending me the printer profile. Instead they chose not to and give me a bad tech support experience.I own several 3D printers and have used various slicers and set up custom printer profiles before. However, its not something someone new to 3D printing should have to do. After setting up a custom printer profile in both Cura and Orac Slicer, id id get some good results with this printer. However, I can't recommend this printer, especially for people new to 3D printing, due to the awful tech support.

The media could not be loaded. I originally gave it 5 stars due to the service but for the printer I’ll give it 3. I had this machine under a 6 months and had some failed prints. The bed does random shakes and it would move the entire print job slightly off. I would suggest not going for cheap or small machine. Most print job require bigger bed sizes. Also printer now can level beds you don’t need to manually do it.
