I had been searching and found a similar, more expensive one but wasn’t sure this style was what I was looking for. Came across this one on Bolo and decided to take the chance and I couldn’t be happier. My daughter was able to easily assemble it on her own in about 30 minutes. It is sturdy and functions exactly as described. Everything is customizable, the lumbar support is very comfortable for me and I can adjust it differently throughout the day depending on how I want to sit to work. The leg rest is also a great feature! I can put my feet back and slightly recline and lock the tilt in place and feel extra comfortable while I’m getting work done.

This was my work and gaming chair. Foot broke off. Super bad quality. Says it's rated for 400lbs? Yeah right. Maybe for 200lb. Never had this happen to me even with plastic chairs. This is ridiculous. It looks like 2 other legs are starting to crack.

My workdays have taken a turn for the better since the Ferral Ergonomic Office Chair became my constant companion. Gone are the daysz of taking frequent breaks just to stretch and shake off the stiffness that comes from sitting too long. Now, I emerge without the fatigue that used to be all too familiar.Assemblu was easy and quick, putting everything together from poeces and peace of mind from seating in under twenty minutes, from the gert-go, assembly was straightfoward and easily accomplished. The touch and feel of such materials meant a chair built for durability. Far beyond the surface, the design of this seat tunes to your body with a lot of adjustments. The automatic lumbar adjustment is a feature I didn't know I needed, but now can't imagine living without. It has molded to my sitting style, supporting every lean and stretch. Lumbar support, dynamic in nature, cradles the back with utter smoothness that proves its ergonomic strength to me.The additional footrest is awesome. This is an add-on that pretty much changes my full-body relaxation. It even reclines to the maximum angle with the chair, encouraging a level of comfort so inviting one can easily drift off into a revitalizing nap.A word on Customer serviceL I had some basic questions, and the support staff was very propmt and helpful. And speaking of directions, the online manual is the last word in instructions, going above and beyond the rudimentary one that comes with the chair.Ferral Ergonomic Mesh Chair is excellent. It has not only met my needs but also enhanced my overall work experience. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a chair that's as dedicated to their comfort as they are to their work.

The seat can move forward and back like it's on a track. Love the lumbar support. Be warned, the arms of the chair can spin on you and you might panic when it happens. The lever used to raise the seat haughty is not the long thin one. It's the one with the fin that allows you to lock the chair position in place

I paid over $300 for Autonomous office chair, and donated it because I still had back pain. I researched things I like and found it in this chair. It was easy to assemble. I have had it 3 months now, and I absolutely love it. Worth every penny! Wish I had found it sooner.Update: As on December 2024, I noticed a crack in one of the legs when my wheel would not move forward on the floor. Today, February 4, 2025, the wheel snapped off completely. Good thing I caught myself. It says weight support is 400lbs, and I am 240lbs.

Chair is comfortable for my back, but arm rests and head supports are just awful. Arms are not fixable and easily readjust. Head support is even worse, it stays in a fixed position only if you don't touch it, but once you put your head on, it readjusts..awful

Bought on the 5th and today is the 26th and the foot snapped off as I was getting ready to play Star Citizen. I weigh 260# I did not jump or plop into it, I was simply sitting waiting for the game to load. It cut me as I tried to lift it to see what happened. It's advertised as holding up to 400#. The base is complete garbage. The chair is nice but it has a substandard base made out of thin cast aluminum.
