The first one I ordered the fan would shut off after only a minute of having it on and it would overheat. However, they sent me a new one free of charge and this one works perfectly great.

My computer lost all video output. This card saved me the cost of a new computer. It took 10 minutes to install it in my old computer and I was up and running again. And, Bolo got the card to me the same day.

The first unit I received didn't work. I could not get two screens to light up at the same time. I sked for a replacement that arrived the next day. It was installed in minutes and worked right away.The first unit came with a slightly damaged box. The shipment was in a soft bag rather than a box. It may have been damaged in shipment.I have only had the graphics card for a day, so I can't comment on the durability. Happy with the service replacing the first unit.

If you’re not trying to turn your PC into a gaming beast and just want a reliable way to get video output without your computer having a meltdown, this card does the trick. Installation was pretty straightforward—though be ready to hunt down drivers yourself if your OS doesn’t play nice right away. It fits well in small form factor builds, works fine for basic tasks, and helped breathe some life into my older desktop. Just don’t expect miracles, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised
