Definitely get the Gift Switch version and not the Flying Fish version, at least if your preference is a slightly better feel than barely touching the key to make it immediately bottom out. The Gift switch isn't too much heavier to initially press down, but it has a stronger resistance to being pressed all the way down, and the initial difference at least for me personally is definitely my preference. If you want a super light switch though, the Flying Fish version may be for you, I just found I kept accidentally pressing keys I didn't mean to, but have a much more enjoyable experience on the Gift switch version!The overall typing experience and feel is really solid, one of the best sounding keyboards and over all feel I've ever personally typed on. This is especially considering my previous keyboard that wasn't integrated into my device I owned was I believe a corsair k70 or something similar from 5 or more years ago that was probably worse build quality and definitely lacked any sort of upgradability without needing to de-solder every switch, among other things that are just way too much hassle and when the idea of modding keyboards was way relatively novel.This board, is definitely unapologetically plastic, but for being all plastic, there really is not all that much give. It has pretty much every modern feature you'd be looking for:- Solid quality keycaps and material (at least in terms of sound and feel, how they hold up after a lot of use will need further use)- A gasket mount which makes the overall typing experience feel a little softer.- A really nice typing sound and feel, probably aided by some extra layers of foam and or other things in the board that's way more technical know-how than I can describe, point is, without modding at all, sound and feel are really nice!- South facing LEDs for less risk of clearance issues modding in the future, particularly certain keycap profiles (OEM, XDA just a few examples).- Hotswappable switches! If a key switch were to wear out and or you wanted to change the switches out for ones that feel different to type on, you can do so without needing to solder the switches, it's simply much more beginner friendly.- A Knob for easy access volume control!- A Software that admittable is kind of, not fantastic (and kind of difficult to actually find, I just recommend the v1.0 on epomaker's site) but allows you to change the lighting modes and stuff a little bit easier than following through the manuals fn + (various key presses) for different effects, as well as I believe change some keybinds on the keys. If you are having issues getting it to allow you to change things on the keyboard, note that it has to be specifically plugged in via usb and not a wireless connection with the included dongle or bluetooth.- A Screen on the keyboard that can display gifs though I haven't specifically set that up myself since it's just not that important to me. A genuinely let down on the screen is that you can adjust it to be your computer's date and time via the software, but it is not at all really customizable beyond just the gif option. It's stuck using the 24hr clock instead of am/pm, and at least I don't believe you can change it. If learn otherwise I'll update this review!- USB C to A, Bluetooth, and 2.4g Dongle connectivity that at least testing specifically via 2.4g dongle, has no real world latency difference in terms of feel wireless vs wired!- RGB! The colors are pretty solid, a fair bit of decent customization options, but nothing really to write home about, definitely less customization compared to a Razer or Corsair keyboard, but enough that in general for most people, probably won't really matter especially if you stick it to one solid color. A couple downsides to the RGB is that if you have caps lock or windows lock, or are charging, there's a bright LED that definitely kind of bleeds into the other LEDs around them which can lessen the overall look, especially since I don't believe you can change those LEDs specifically.For what it is, it's a very solid board that I can definitely see myself potentially doing a little bit of light modding with over time as I get a little more into the custom keyboard hobby. Given my experience with it, it's feels like a very nice starting point to learn what I like in terms of feel and to be able to change and adapt it easily over time! It's definitely not perfect, but it's quite a huge value even over a board that's probably $20 cheaper, this is definitely worth it for the over all value proposition, unless you're gonna start looking at more around $100 boards.

This keyboard is one of the best values for mechanical keyboards right now. It has all of the features you would expect from a more expensive keyboard but for a great price. The key switches that come with the board are top quality and provide a great typing experience and sound combined with the key caps that come with the board. And for me, the best part is that it doesn't require you to download any extra software, all of the customization for the RGB lighting modes is available on the keyboard in a menu accessed with the knob in the top right corner. If you're looking for a great mechanical keyboard with enthusiast features, this is a great choice.

The best budget keyboard you can get right now. It is thocky and creamy, providing an overall fantastic typing experience. Definitely a must have in your setup. The screen is extremely customizable, and I am in love. I put a little Hello Kitty Gif on the screen. So cute.

It's a cheap mechanical keyboard (I got it for $48), so the quality mostly matches the price. The knob is pretty wobbly and most of the keys also have a little wobble to them.However, the sound is amazing, I got it with the Gift Switches. It also looks and feels really premium (I only replaced some of the keycaps to get a nicer color pallete, otherwise it's stock). The little display is super cool, and the rgb has many options if you like that sort of thing (also somewhat cheap).For almost $70, you can get way better ones with aluminum bases potentially, but if you can get it on sale for under $50, it's super worth it. Sound and feels way better than the Epomaker x Aula F75.It's a nice, budget keyboard for those who want a decent mechanical keyboard but don't want to spend $150+ on a premium one.

I thought the screen was gonna be gimmicky and useless/aesthetic but jeez. Having a visual indicator for connecting to bt/2.4 and battery life (instead of dubious colored (maybe) blinking lights) is awesome.This keyboard itself is fantastic. Adorable, feels great, sounds great. Light but doesn’t feel cheap! Cute color scheme- backlight is smooth but the keycaps themselves aren’t backlit.

The color is so pretty. I got the purple and white one and with the lights ahhhh it’s so cute. The battery lasts pretty long and it tells you when you need to charge it. I have a 2020 MacBook Pro and it connects to it extremely easy. I love the sound of the board when I type. It reminds me of the iPhone tapping sound if you have the keyboard volume up. It is so satisfying to type with and makes work and school easier. The sound is beautiful and it comes with a tool to take of the key covers easily. I don’t like how soft the space bar is but I can always fix that.

I could not rave about this enough. The quality is unmatched by any keyboard I have had before. It sounds incredibly and works so well. This is an especially great option if you want to customize your keyboard, but even the og look and sound it's just beautiful. This thing is heavy and durable, it feels so well-made. The animated gif screen works great and was fairly easy to set up once I had some online instructions. I only wish it had a number pad at the end but for 60 bucks it was well worth the price. I can't wait to upgrade to a larger keyboard in the future.

I absolutely love this keyboard! The sound of the keys gives me all the good feels. I don’t know what the battery life is like because I have it plugged into my computer. The colors are beautiful and it’s easy to remove the keys to deep clean the keyboard which I love! The keys are very springy and it feels like a much more expensive keyboard than it is. I also love the little LED screen that I can upload my own gifs to. All in all, I will be buying another keyboard from them!

A Brilliant Keyboard – A Typing Experience Like No Other!
What an absolutely brilliant keyboard! The EPOMAKER Ajazz AK820 Pro is everything I wanted and more. The typing experience is therapeutic - the keys sound so satisfying, and the gasket-mounted design makes every keystroke feel smooth and cushioned. I literally find myself wanting to type for no reason at all because it’s so enjoyable!When I use it with my laptop in closed-book mode, the feel and sound are even better. The 75% layout is compact yet functional, and it’s the perfect balance of portability and performance.One of the biggest surprises was the TFT screen. Initially, I thought it was a gimmick, but it’s actually very clear and incredibly useful. It displays the date, time, the mode (Mac or Windows), and even the connection type (Bluetooth, 2.4GHz USB dongle). It’s a small touch that adds a lot of practicality and character to the keyboard.The customization options are fantastic, and it’s one of the best mechanical keyboards for the price. The design is a masterpiece, and the build quality is exceptional. If you’re looking for a keyboard that’s both functional and fun to use, this is a must-have. Highly recommend!Don't hesitate... Just buy it!

Better than expected
I got it cause it looked simple, aesthetic and it’s hot swappable, but it was a nice surprise how comfortable it is and how good the gift switches sound and feel while typing.

Also, ich hab ja wirklich schon einige mechanische Tastaturen ausprobiert, von günstig bis absurd teuer, aber die Ajazz AK820 Pro?Für den angebotenen Preis wirklich ein anderes Level an Komfort. Ehrlich.Fangen wir mit dem Sound an; mein Gott, ist der gut. Die Tasten klingen besser als bei manchen 300€-Tastaturen, kein billiges Klappern, kein störendes Nachhallen. Einfach clean, smooth und so satisfying beim Tippen. Wenn ihr auf diesen perfekten “Thock”-Sound steht, dann werdet ihr hier nicht enttäuscht.Dann das absolute Highlight: Der Bildschirm. Braucht man das zum Arbeiten? Eher nicht. Aber fühlt es sich absolut elitär an, während man tippt ein kleines GIF oder eine Katze in Dauerschleife laufen zu lassen? Ja. Ja, das tut es.Auch sonst ist die Tastatur einfach ein Traum. Verarbeitung? Top. Kein billiges Plastik (natürlich auch entsprechend schwerer), nichts wackelt. Tippgefühl? Besser als bei Tastaturen, die das Doppelte kosten. Die Tasten fühlen sich smooth an, kein Widerstand, kein nerviges Quietschen.Fazit: Ich wüsste wirklich nicht, was hier noch verbessert werden könnte. Eine perfekte Mischung aus Ästhetik und Sound.

Braucht man das zum Arbeiten? Eher nicht. Aber fühlt es sich absolut elitär an, während man tippt ein kleines GIF oder eine Katze in Dauerschleife laufen zu lassen? Ja. Ja, das tut es.Auch sonst ist die Tastatur einfach ein Traum. Verarbeitung? Top. Kein billiges Plastik (natürlich auch entsprechend schwerer), nichts wackelt. Tippgefühl? Besser als bei Tastaturen, die das Doppelte kosten.
