To pay so much money I expect the product to be full. As you can see the product leaked and was dried around dispenser area as well as the cap not being screwed on all the way and quite a bit was missing from the bottle (nothing was in the shipping box) Scent smells of floral and Vanilla ( like the shampoo and conditioner) Texture is not thick. Shine & softness is achievable ( my hair is like horse hair, very thick and unmanageable) If you have a full bottle, good value for the money.
