The best, better than local stores
I never thought I'd order bread from Bolo but welcome to 2025. Someone bought this brand of lavash (relatively) locally and it made me want find a more direct or close location. I discovered the Bolo listing.It came in a box with information on storage and how to read the date code. This is in every order it seems. Even the box has the company name on it. So essentially, the company cares about quality. I eventually started a subscription.The lavash is very fresh in every order (so far). I was very skeptical but the local options are extremely limited. This is better than most "fresh" lavash options from local grocers in the LA area, which has a huge Armenian population, or NY/NJ area, which has a lot of Turks. Its firm enough to use as a wrap, which needs to be said because some brands even when fresh will either flake or rip. It tastes good and has the freshness texture rare from many local places that sell freshly baked. Its not cheap but I dont mind paying extra to make a bready part of my meal better. I hope this partnership with Bolo works out because local options csnt compare in quality or even freshness.
