I've been a buyer of this pre-workout for a good 3 years, I've never had a problem before. Until today, opened a new container made me a drink an the taste was AWFUL! it made my mouth go numb an tasted like chemicals. I was honestly scared that the stay fresh package had been open an spilled into the workout!. Asked for a refund an was able to get refunded for the one bad one. I went ahead an order 2 more hopefully it doesn't happened again , but over all this product has been amazing! I usually mix mine with bottle water, you can feel it kick in a few seconds of drinking!.

This is a good pre-workout powder. It is easy to make, just add water. It does what it says would it does, it allows you to do a few more extra pumps. I did see results within a week. This is based on my own lived experience and usage; it may vary for others. I usually work out twice a day at least three days a week with strength training and cardio and this drink really gives me the energy I need to focus and get through mountain climbers. I have found that this helps me to build muscle that isn't too bulky. I will purchase powder again.

This stuff really works , and kicks in fast. It works for me on an empty stomach in 30-40 min I can feel the tingle. Some complain but thats how I know its working . I have a super high caffeine tolerance and this stuff works. The secret is the Beta-Alanine " Explosion Ripped " its the ripped part of the name I made the mistake of buying just explosion 2.0 and that stuff is weak. I now take 2 scoops of this and 3g of the regular explosion 2.0 for a total of about 13-15 gr of powder in a bottle of water 16oz super cold.This stuff mixes very very well and taste great. Also has the best ingredients I have seen with 0 sugar etc.... etc.... Very good for when I need a boost to hit the iron or run after a long work day. Do take at your own risk not for people sensitive to caffeine. If you can drink at least 400mg of caffeine in a sitting ( 2 redbulls) then you should be fine - I am not a doctor nor is this medical advice, proceed at your own risk.

I wish they had more of this taste. The fruit punch one sucks so bad and mainly sell that one. This feels like a nice refreshment and fruity. Fruit punch feels like I'm drinking cough syrup, yikes.

This preworkout does absolutely nothing for me. I doubled the scoop and cut 1/2 the water. Plus there is a funny after taste. I will never waste my money on this again.

I use this regularly before my workouts. I can definitely tell a difference in my workouts when I use the pre workout and when I don’t. It doesn’t upset my stomach and, importantly, it doesn’t make me feel bloated while working out. Also, I like the flavor.
