I originally tasted a sample in Costco and bought a bag when I was visiting a friend in California. It's amazing. It's the best tasting smoothie I've tasted. I mix it with oat milk, strawberries and blueberries. Sometimes apples and kale. Half the time, i dont add anything to it. Its great with just water too.It also has CLA which is a natural appetite suppresant/fat burner which serves the same purpose of Ozempic with natural ingredients. There's 25 grams of protein which is a lot for a plant based shake, so you build muscle while losing weight. Losing muscle was the biggest drawback to the pharmaceutical options.I ordered chocolate as well. It's great too. I've been drinking that with just oatmilk or water. Sometimes peanut butter.

Both flavors are delicious, healthy and leave me feeling full and energized for my workout. Its also helped me lose weight and gain muscle alongside my workouts. Best product I've found.

Great weight loss shake that is actually very tasty and smells delicious. The price is right the ingredients are good and nutritional, the texture is smoothe and desolves easily and it keeps me full for a long time

Idk how these reviews say this is a good tasting shake... IT'S NOT. I tried mixing both, the chocolate and vanilla flavors with just water as directed and they're disgusting. The chocolate taste like cocoa powder mixed with water. The vanilla taste like ground shoulder bone. Gross. They do however keep you full and cut cravings between meals.I will keep and try to mix with oatmilk or coconut water for flavor and add fruit to the vanilla. Idk what to do with the chocolate ectopic peanut butter. We shall see. If that doesn't work, I'll return.

I really love that I can have a shake for lunch and not be hungry until dinner! I have a sedentary job, and I have replaced lunch with this. I feel full all day yet energized since I'm not digesting a ton of food. The chocolate flavor is really satisfying, as well (I had to hide it from my family)! Will be buying again and again.

Taste ok. Filling. Had to mix with Almond milk, water alone was not a good flavor.. I do think it has helped with my sweet tooth (does not curb appetite as I initially expected)

The smell when I opened it should have told me not to try it. I added peanut butter protein replacement hoping it would taste better. It did not help. I rated it one star because not picking a star was not an option

Finally found a plant based shake that doesn’t taste bad and keeps me full for long periods of time. I blend mine with a bit of coffee, ice and soy milk first thing in the morning and it keeps me full until lunch. Also, no weird texture or tummy grumbling. Mixes well and I will absolutely be buying more!
