For me, this controller has been nothing short of a revelation and a massive upgrade from my standard Xbox controller.First off, the overall feel and build quality are exceptional. It feels premium in my hands, with a comfortable and ergonomic design that allows for hours of gaming without fatigue. The textured grips provide excellent control, and the button placement feels intuitive.The customization options are fantastic. While some mention issues with Corsair iCUE, my experience has been seamless. I've been able to easily remap buttons, adjust trigger sensitivity, and fine-tune the performance to perfectly suit my gaming style in various titles. The ability to create different profiles for different games is incredibly convenient.The wireless connectivity has been flawless. I haven't experienced any lag or dropped connections, providing a smooth and responsive gaming experience. I have no doubt that this is an amazing controller. But in 2 days- across 6-7 hours I have yet to get it fully recognized and fully functional to play any game.The software is a PROBLEM. I've had to reinstall and uninstall and restart CONSTANTLY for those 6-7 hours to barely get it recognized and ultimately it was recognized in the software alone, not by the pc or the game (Warzone).Even after it was recognized and everything was installed- the software wouldn't even open after the restart.It's not worth it- if you have a Windows 10 or 11 pc- just buy Aim Controllers or an Xbox Elite Series 2.

it's been a week since I bought it as of the writing of this review,the controller arrived well packaged and with care, nothing was open, inside the box the controller itself with extra accessories 2 extra thumb sticks and some side buttons cover.the side buttons are nice for accessibility nicely place but I canceled them because they were interrupting a lot of my gamer play like tossing a nade before time and what not. the controller feels good and very sturdy I kept it in wired connected as I like it, but there's a -USB type- Bluetooth connection for people who prefer wireless, trigger stops are my favorite part of this controller they are firm and very responsive no stick drift yet, but I will update in the future if it happens. the extra buttons on the bottom of the controller are nice addition to the controller and add more functionality like mute, play, stop I think, the cable is long enough for my set up, it's about 6' long.the iCue app is not as complicated as I thought it would be pretty straightforward to navigate but you need to tweak the controller as the default dead zones are set high and may add input lag. so far, it's a 5/5 stars and would buy again.

Worst peripherals software I ever experienced
The software named iCUE just randomly turns off. It crashes like every 30min of gameplay. If it thappens, your controller just doesn't work. In hardware mode, without iCUE app you can use only half od the controller functions.
Superb pro controller
I have owned a number of controllers in my many years gaming but I have to say this is the best one yet, it features clicky buttons which feel like mouse presses, an icue light bar to sync with the RGB profiles on my pc, it also has to additional buttons of the side of the controller known as sax buttons which are super helpful aswell as the 4 traditional paddles on the back.There are however some downsides the software (icue) can be a bit temperamental and takes some getting used to, the controller did fail to update when I first got it but now I believe Corsair have released a further update to fix this which has help mine.Once you get used to the software there’s some really good/useful features in there such as trigger response zones, aim and thumbstick curve types and the ability to change and customise the buttons and layout.Overall I’d highly recommend it - like I previously mentioned I’ve owned a number of controllers such as Xbox series 2 elites and this so far has been the best I’ve ever owned - definitely consider it
was fun while it lasted, but it didnt last long
Tactile switches made the controller quite enjoyable, but 1 month in and the controller start having issues. Joysticks and buttons weren't giving the correct input. A was down, up was right, LB was select, RT was RS........ i don't even know anymore.
