5.0 out of 5 stars Great Mouse for productivity and gaming great replacement for master3s

    D. · August 12, 2025

I've had it a day and so far so great. The mouse is super comfortable. i was amazed it had 2 near link dongles inside. 1 in the mouse and 1 in the box. Looking at the picture I see 2 dongles, but I thought they were different. This mouse is great if you have multiple systems on the same desk. I have a desktop and laptop on the same battlestation. The polling rate is amazing. The bluetooth on my mac is a bit lack luster but that's a bluetooth issue. The near link is awesome.I had some difficulty with their software on the MAC, but eventually got it working. The mouse seems as good as any mouse i've ever used. For some reason I was under the impression the scroll wheel was one of those infinite scroll wheels that just spins for ever. But I'm wrong about that I even went and read through everything and they never claimed it was, So not sure why I thought that. Maybe cuz it looks so much like the master 3s.The only negative I have, is the side buttons and wheel seem a bit low. I have a very large hand and fat thumb so they're almost always touching the buttons. The clicks are super silent and feel very responsive. It's not a gaming mouse, but you could game on it. It's more for productivity. The DPI range is insane. I found a sweet spot at 3200. I can cross all 3 monitors with out lifting. and fine control is still doable. The 1k polling is as lag free as it can get. It's a very light mouse for how big it is. It's plasticy feeling, but not cheap feeling. It has a very good full hand feel. it rests in your palm really well. Very well made mouse. the battery life is saying 81% after a 12 hour day use.I'll be honest about the pricing, It could be 10$ cheaper. 39$ seems like where it should be. I ended up paying 49$ which seems way better then the 120 for the master 3. Sp the value is there. unless you need that special scroll wheel save your self some bucks.i'm using the mouse for mainly IT office work, but also doing 3d printing and 3d modeling and I really like it. The software seems a bit off, but so far does everything it's supposed to. i've rebound some of the keys and every thing is working correctly.

I am currently using a Logitec mouse and keyboard at work which I am satisfied with. I need a mouse at home, and so I purchased this.I actually wanted the Logitec mouse, but it was too expensive for me. I ended up buying a similar product. It turns out that I am so satisfied with this mouse. It’s lightweight, and the scrolling is very smooth. It works with Mac and PC!IT includes 2 USBs, which make my life easy!

5.0 out of 5 stars Just because it isn't an MX Master replacement, that doesn't mean its bad

    A.N. · August 26, 2025

I'm a lifelong palm grip guy, so I tend to gravitate towards mice that work well with that grip. After trying the MX Master 2 for productivity at home (I do photo/video editing on the side), I decided to transfer that mouse over to my office day job to see how it would fare. It worked pretty well, but ended up leaving a void at home for when I wanted to work from home or do something other than game. There was no way I was going to spend over $100 to get the MX Master 3 for home, so I started looking at this Rapoo. For my hands and my grip, the Rapoo was a great fit. The ergonomics really allow me to rest my entire palm on the back of the mouse.I'm sure a lot of people are like me and are looking for an MX Master alternative/replacement. While similar, I wouldn't consider this a replacement. Here are some things that each one does better than the other.MX Master:- Infinite scroll is a nice feature- Horizontal scroll is in a better spot if you work with a lot of spreadsheets- The thumb click button is a nice if you can map it to something useful- The clicks from the left/right buttons are much more tactileRapoo:- Instead of infinite scroll, you get a DPI switcher. Useful if you occasionally game, but also useful for if you do photo editing and need finer control- While the horizontal scroll is in a little more of an awkward spot, the back/forward buttons are in a much better spot. I use those way more often than I use horizontal scroll.- The unit comes with a USB dongle which gives you an additional method of connectivity. Very useful if you often have to switch to devices that may not have BT built in.- The left/right buttons are way quieter. They still give positive feedback, but there is some tactility loss due to the damping. This is a compromise I'll gladly take when working in an office environment. As a result, the Rapoo is now my work mouse and I moved the MX Master 2 back to home.

4.0 out of 5 stars Solid Option - Better than the MX in some ways

    J. · October 17, 2025

I'm using this mouse on my Mac - I also use MOS to help with scrolling adjustments. I have a Logitech MX Master 3 and there are things I like about this mouse better.1. The overall movement/DPI seems better. I know the polling rate for the MX Master is low - but you can really feel the difference, I feel I have so much more control over this Rapoo mouse.2. The scroll wheel - This is controversial but I hate the MX Master's non ratcheted scroll wheel. Even in ratchet mode, it's not really a true ratchet. The Rapoo is a true ratchet mouse, there is no free spin option. With the tweaks, and the dash button I prefer this because it gives me more control and it's less loud.3. Side scroll - The side scroll also has nearly zero resistance. Again, this is going to be a personal preference but I feel I can move things easier side to side on the Rapoo than the MX Master.4. Build Quality - The Rapoo is significantly lighter, and does feel a bit cheaper if I'm honest. Since it's half the price, it's probably to be expected... but there are some benefits like the USB receiver having a storage area.I will say, my first mouse, the left click was like "pushed" up and wouldn't click very well.. the second mouse was the same, but not to the same degree. I tried living with it, but eventually got a third.. and this one has been perfect button wise.I did not try the software, or any adjustments outside of the MOS software on Mac (third party).

Amazing, as long as you aren't trying to replace an MX Master

    B. · July 20, 2024

This mouse is honestly amazing for the price and as long as you are looking for a simple mouse, this will fulfil 99% of the requirements.Build quality: 9/10, the only reason I deducted a mark is because it does look a little cheap, got some rough edges but other than that in the hands it feels great. How it feels: The clicks aren't your typical cheap mouse clicks, they feel solid but also don't make a snappy click sound, but rather a dampened "thump" sound/feel. I say sound, but in reality it's dead quiet and perfect for the office. Some people have said that the middle mouse button is easy to press and I will slightly agree with them. It is not light enough that you would accidentally trigger it and you may get used to it very quickly however it could be a bit light for some people. Side buttons feel a bit mushy but are okay. The side scroll wheel is amazing.Driver: The driver is truly atrocious, the UI even looks bad. Don't expect much from the macros, you can only bind simple things that combine ctrl, or shift, or alt, or win, PLUS one other key. This means you can't create any complex macros like you could in Logitech, so this is definitely not going to be a powerhouse users. As an engineer, this is fine for me. As a video editor this may not be fine for you.Features: This does feature bluetooth connectivity as well as the ability to move your cursor between two completely different devices if you have both of them plugged into the same LAN network and have a usb receiver in both of them. Additionally, it has 1000hz polling and the sensor feels extremely responsive.Cons: This does not have the free scroll that the mx master has, depending on your profession this could be a deal breaker. For me, it is fine to not have it.All in all, I would have given it a 4/5 if this was any more expensive than it is, but for the price, you are getting a solid piece of kit as long as you aren't expecting it to be an MX Master. If you want an MX Master, simply get an MX Master, you will be severely disappointed if you get this mouse.

Best mouse on the market for gaming

    M. · June 30, 2025

The media could not be loaded. This is one of the best mice on the market for gaming! It connects super easily to up to 7 devices! I don't even have 7 different devices that all need mice but I could use it like that if I wanted to. The dpi selector is excellent to help with how fast the response is. I can use it on my laptop, phone, tablet, or even my PS5 and I can switch between all them with a button. The programmable buttons are very useful for whatever function you like and it doesn't need any batteries, it just recharges using my phones charger. The battery last a long time and it fits very well and comfortably in my big hands. I'd definitely recommend this mouse for gaming. I tried it on my laptop for gaming with first person shooters and strategy games and works exceptionally well for both. The color is nice also, a grey color that matches my laptop. It's very quiet on the clicks, it responds well and fast but doesn't make much noise from pressing the buttons. The plastic body itself is smooth and feels very premium to the touch. The laser is responsive on all surfaces I tried it on even without a mousepad. It's good on plastic, wood, or even glass surfaces. It's range is also very good. You can have something connected to the tv and use the mouse from far away and it still works like a charm. Overall, it's a very good gift or mouse for the gamer in your family.

Incredible mouse, way better than the MX Master 3!

    S. · June 27, 2025

I ordered this mice to try it out, and I am extremely surprised, at half the price it blows the logitech out of the water. The quality feels outstanding, it is much lighter than the MX Master, and it also feels better ergonomically.I also love the silent clicks and the polling rate is perfect, it doesn't feel laggy on my 160hz monitors as it can be configured with 1000hz (or 2000hz wired allegedly).I wanted to love the MX master as a software engineer, however the low polling rate of the Logitech always bothered me, it resulted in a laggy pointer. The sensor also tracked very poorly and the pointer felt floaty with the additional weight. It also comes with two USB receivers to switch between devices, I am not going to use this as I already have a usb switcher but great on them for including this functionality! USB 2.4 is much more stable and less latency than using Bluetooth. All in all I am extremely pleased with this, I'll take the weight savings any day over the infinite scroll gimmick of the MX master. As a software engineer, I use keyboard shortcuts so I do not need any frantic scroll wheel movements.

    A great alternative

    G.K. · March 25, 2024

I got this more out of curiosity than anything to simply try it but I've found that this is actually a good alternative to the more expensive brand that it emulates. I use the MX3 and 3s for both personal and work laptops and have used them since they released. I was actually looking for an alternate to the MX3 so I could leave it at work:-) For the MT760, the very first thing I noticed was that it's not near as comfortable but also very easy to get used to. It was pretty easy to set up. It's got some nice features like two dongles and 3 Bluetooth settings. One dongle is hidden via a nifty trap door thing. Though not as "well made" for feel, it is still has a very nice feel to it. It's quite light though but works for what I do. I'm an IT consultant. It came packaged quite nicely and came pretty well on time. One thing that I noticed in unpackaging it was the USB-C cable. It's a very nice cable and something one wouldn't expect in a product in this price range. From the controls point of view, the left/right click depth is longer than say the MX3s but easy to get used to. It's quite silent as well. It doesn't have that "free wheeling" scroll capability like the 3s but it is acceptable. My test for this will be when I use it for work today as I have some large datasets in Excel I need to work with :-) The left side wheel and buttons are quite close together and if you have larger hands, this may be an issue. I like to have those at the ball of my thumb and these are just slightly back of that when you first put your hand on the mouse. Just something that is easy to get used to though as well. Too early to tell on battery life.Nitpicks? Not all that many per se. From a usage standpoint, it so far works well. The manual though had very small print and I never could navigate the web page to get at the app. I may look hard at their web page once I get more time.Update- I've now used this at work for a few days, and for the most part, it works very well. The one thing that I did find was that the center scroll wheel was a little sensitive for me and it went into scroll mode a few times. Other than that, it held a charge well and overall worked good. For me, I'll keep this as a backup for work.
