I think it was maybe a return and password was changed. Does anyone know how to reset rlc-540a. Thank you

Replaced one of our 10-year old HIKvision cameras that gave up the ghost. Clarity and FOV is excellent compared with old HIK's. If using Qnap QVR pro, you'll need to tweak camera settings in the app to connect to your server.

This camera was purchases to join in an existing Reolink system. I purchased two of them. One of them is connected to the LAN interface of my RLN36 NVR, while the other one is connected to a separate switch and makes its connection through the NVR's WAN port. Both work flawlessly. They come feature-rich with 2-way audio, audile alarms, etc. The camera picture is very clear and the adjustments are exactly what you would expect from a dome camera. The body is a heavy metal construction, and the dome itself feels nice. Installation was easy - it comes with a mounting template showing you exactly where to drill the holes. I used POE for my connection, however it does have DC power options available. The push-notifications work really good. I have mapped notification zones in the software and adjusted the sensitivity so that I get notifications on my phone when someone enters the area, but not during a windy day. This is an excellent camera for the money!
