Okay so like many other reviews before me already said, this is a very spicy soup. If you're used to eating very spicy things, this soup is right up your alley. It's spicy to the point where you can feel the heat building up and may even take a breather before going in for more. At the same time, the beginning stages of it, before it's fully reached its peak spice levels, it's very enjoyable. Not to say it's not enjoyable towards the end but by that time, your whole mouth is coated with the spice because it's soup.Overall, glad I made the purchase. I was just about to buy one at the groceries to try but I can see myself finishing the entire thing.Just to note though, drinking something cold will only remind you how hot this is. Doing so is basically going to backfire.

Companies always say their items are hot and sometimes have a little kick but to say they are hot is wrong. This stuff is stupid hot. I love drinking the liquid after I eat all the material in a soup, I dump this stuff out. The rest of the night I have to stay within a few feet of a bathroom. This is legit hot.

The name is Ghost Pepper-why are people shocked it's hot?My husband loves this soup! We've been having trouble finding it at Walmart or the grocery store lately so I was thrilled to find it by the flat on Bolo.My husband can really handle heat though. He puts Melinda's ghost pepper hot sauce on everything-We have even grown our own Carolina Reapers to dehydrate and grind to season our food. Give him ten years and he'll be that Dad bringing hot sauce on vacation with him in the pocket of his Hawaiian shirt. If you have adverse effects to this soup, then you're definitely one that would need a warning label on the buldak ramen that Sweden had to recall lol I just hope there's enough demand that Campbell's continues to make it!!

This soup is so spicy it blistered my lips and tongue. I love spicy foods and have never had anything like this happen. It’s totally inedible and can’t even recommend it for emergency end of the world food preps even if it was free. Horrible.

If, and only if, you enjoy spicy foods, this soup is delicious. It's a nice, hearty, chicken-noodle-vegetable soup, with some spice. It has an excellent flavor and mouth-feel.I love spicy foods, and for me, this is a wonderful medium-high spice level. I feel no need to add hot sauce (as I do with many other soups and stews). It will be ideal when I have a cold.This is NOT a condensed soup, and you should NOT add water.I have a personal preference for thicker soups, more like stews, so I am considering adding a little guar gum thickener.

My teenager really wanted these. He's loved spicy food since he was very small I used to have to hide the hot sauce bottle because I would catch him drinking it. The spice level is too high and the flavor level is too low. This needs to be a much more balanced product. The flavor doesn't meet the spice level. In my son's words "it's just hot for the sake of being hot and has no other redeeming qualities"
