This weight bench has been a great addition for my home gym. It was very easy to assemble following the instructions. It is easy to adjust and move around for different exercises. Easiest 5 star review I’ve given to any Bolo purchase. This bench is well worth the price. It is light weight, stable, and very comfortable. It has so many adjustable positions, including 3 that decline. Unlike other benches that say that’s there are multiple decline positions, but actually don’t. The bench is about 18 inches high, and I’m short (5’6) and I can still keep both feet on the ground while bench pressing. The only con I can think of is the handle bar in front. Sticks out like a sore thumb, just be aware. Other than that, this bench is perfect.

Easy to adjust bench with wide footprint for good stability. I've been using this for about 10 weeks now and don't regret the decision at all. As another reviewer mentioned, the back rest cushion does wobble just a little due to the side-to-side play in the curved adjustment arm at the back, so I took off a star for that and for the ankle busting handle extending out the front. I was going to try damping the back cushion a little with some polyethylene foam stuffed into the slot the arm passes through or secured to either side of the angled support, but frankly, it just doesn't bother me enough and doesn't interfere with any exercise I've tried so far.Positives:The footprint is wider than most benches for a firm, hard to tip positionWheels at the rear make it easy to move out of the way if necessaryThe backrest is very easy to adjust (7.5 degree steps) for plenty of incline/declineThe front cushion angles inward at the front which helps if you have short legs for some exercises. Conversely it doesn't give you a lot of surface as a seat compared to some other benches, but It's adequate IMO.My only real complaint is the ankle snagging handle welded to the front section. It does make it easy to lift up and move the bench around on the rear wheels, but there are plenty of other parts to grab for that purpose. It sticks out far enough to reach out and get your ankle if you walk by too closely which I've done a few time now. I'm going to find me a piece of foam tube to cushion it which should help. Failing that, I may just saw it off.

Spent a couple of hours assembling, then disassembling, then reassembling. The directions are not clear. Once together, the base wobbles. Definitely wouldn’t use this for heavy lifts. Then there’s play in the hinge for the incline hardware. The padded surfaces are very light so the foam isn’t very dense and the stitching on the long board is already unraveling. I would probably return it , but it’s not worth the time and I’m not emailing the support contact in China as per the slip of paper in the box. For the money, I’m between 1 or 2 stars. I guess there’s a reason why benches from Rogue and Soren are 5x the price. And Hoist just raised their prices. Happy lifting!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this bench for about two weeks now and it’s been great. Originally I had an Olympic ethos bench but it was taking up too much space in my basement and was not adjustable. I was looking for something just as stable but also be able to adjust for incline and be easily moved in and out of my new power rack whenever I’m doing squats, dips etc. This bench has surpassed my expectations. Easy to adjust, easy to move, and easy to assemble. It took me just under 20 minutes to assemble. I used my own tools for assembly but the wrenches provided are much higher quality than what usually comes with items and will work just fine for assembly. Cushioning is sturdy and frame is very stable.
