The wrist watch I had for many years finally stopped working and I decided to purchase another one. After browsing on Bolo for various kinds of bargain priced quality wrist watches I came across this model (NUOVO Men’s 45 mm watch classic quartz watch with black leather wrist strap) and decided to purchase it.I love the large letters that makes it easy to read, and this is exactly the kind of wrist watch I was searching for. Took a chance on a cheap second watch to wear when working. I should have know better. Second time I went to adjust the time the stem jammed and when I finally used a knife to pull it out, the stem broke off. Beware Chinese junk. Obviously no quality control exists or it's revenge for President Trump's tariffs. Right in the trash can it went.

This watch is nice, does what a watch is expected to do (so far anyway), but I was not prepared for how large the face is. I'm a small-wristed person and it basically covers the entire width. I was concerned that the leather band might not be adjustable enough for my small wrist (another review mentioned this), but the last loop is close enough for comfort and it's possible to add new holes if necessary. I'm happy with it overall, though I'll probably go back to a smaller face next time.

I wish they were bigger leather straps. but not and for the price.
