These are the exact same size as the 6-18m size, even though they say 18m+. I was looking to size up since my daughter is 2 and still uses them overnight but these were unhelpful.Overall a great pacifier and we like them but will have to switch to another brand for a size up obviously.

The only pacifier my son will take and has taken is this brand. We love them - they come with a sanitizer case to use in the microwave for easy cleaning. The breathable holes on the sides help with the little bumps he'd get from the moisture/drool.
