Shoes do not look like they do in the picture in person. The tongue on the shoes is open along the top and all you see is the yellow foam inside. I initially thought the tongues were a light yellow color that's why I bought them.Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very tacky and poorly made.

Overall a nice shoe. Looks like a hybrid between a dad shoe and a skateboarding shoe, so it's a nice compromise. Although it is a wide, it is nothing like my other New Balance wides. The toe box and throat are not as roomy as I would like. I would also like to see less nylon and more leather at the toe. No break in required. 4/5 stars.
