But it did help with the craving of nicotine.

I didn’t expect much - just a simple menthol flavor to mimic the experience while I try to quit using my menthol vape. Unfortunately, this missed the mark completely.The flavor tastes exactly like dirt. No exaggeration, no other way to describe it. I wasn’t looking for a perfect replacement, just something cool and minty to take the edge off. Instead, I got something earthy and unpleasant that made me question if the product had gone bad.If you're hoping for that classic menthol hit, look elsewhere. This was a one-and-done for me.

Not bad necessarily but wouldn’t buy again. You have to pull too hard to get anything. And it didn’t last long. Also very small. I know it says measurements but still smaller than I expected. Wouldn’t buy again.

You have to actually want to quit for this to work. But with a combination of nicotine gum from my dr. And this I was able to quit. This helped the urge of wanting to hit something and the nicotine gum helped to not be irritable. I highly recommend trying it if you’re ready to quit. I only used two now I’m good.It’s a little hard to hit but if you take a long drag you get that feeling like you’re hitting something. Better than the expensive brands where you’re just paying for the advertisements.Good luck. If I can do it so can you. You got this!

These work great, I just wish they were more affordable. 6 to a pack for $20 would be a lot more attractive than $20 for 3. For me, each one seems to last about 3-5 days before losing it's flavor.

Smaller than I expected but I absolutely LOVE this product!! I’m definitely getting a throat hit feeling from it, and the flavor is better than my vape lol! Not sure how long the flavor will last yet. Really hoping this helps me quit, I have high hopes! :)

They are ok, they have to much pull like it feels like your sucking air. Not close enough to a vape or cigarette

Very little flavour, barely even noticeable. Very deep breaths are required to get the flavour, which is still only minor. Burns the back of my throat and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. Also doesn’t relieve stress, anxiety nor nicotine cravings.

Je déteste le goût car j'ai vraiment l'impression de goûter à une huile essentielle de menthe laquelle on met dans un humidificateur. Buark ! Rien à voir avec le pamplemousse qui est bien meilleur, plus doux et on a pas l'impression de respirer l'huile directement.
