can't send products with chinese instructions only this USA we speak english l don't speak or read chinese will not purchase any products made in china from Boloe again had to put 1 star rating under protest because couldn't submit with out ratings doesn't deserve any had to dispose product affair to use with chinese instructions only bad business

This product is not worth the advertisement on Facebook, they said it can solve all the problems that come with a hemorrhoid unfortunately it is not true it can solve the bleeding and the pain but the itching never stopped. When ever you use it no itching for that day but if you stopped using it the itching start the next day that is the problem.

I'm very disappointed in this product, and it's not because it's an inferior one. In fact, it may work very well, but as a consumer I need a bit more than just a box written in a foreign language that states "Dictanni Hemorrhoids Cream".I would like to know what is in this product, and that it's safe to use. What is the active ingredient? Is there something in here that my skin may react to? How do I use it?The only directions I have seen are on the actual product page on Bolo, and that is simply a graphic teaching you how to squeeze the product out of the tube.There are too many unanswered questions that I have, and apparently it was too much trouble for the company to put in a small piece of paper with some directions, and a list of ingredients.I understand that this product is coming from a foreign market, clearly in Asia. However, it wouldn't take much to make it appropriate for use in the USA, and North America.Just a little effort.
