Where to start - the ear piece is super uncomfortable while wearing glasses. The mic it self is very poor quality. I cranked up all my settings and virtual mixer to 100% and with the mic in front of my face and the recording or live playback sounded extremely low without playing games just voice testing. Don't get it.

LOVE this mic!!!! HOWEVER! ... Maybe rechargeable battery dying as I've used it for a year. For about (stress about) 4 months it's been weak connection to PC. HOWEVER!, over Bluetooth while powered around my neck via USB it works great still.

This is the best mic I have ever owned. It works great for those who want to use PC speakers but also talk to people on Discord,etc. Everyone I talk to with it says it is the best mic they have heard. I've used high-end XLR microphones in the past, but this one still beats them. If you want a way to use speakers, surround sound, soundbars, etc. and still in game chat, this is what you want! Great for those of us that do not like headphones, if you need to listen to your surrounding environment, etc.Pros:-Fits my ear perfectly - I used the mid-size earpiece.-Light weight-Stays firmly on my ear-Sounds amazing to everyone - people state it sounds like I am in the room with them.-Allows me to game with speakers and still talk on Discord.-No software install needed - It does a great job not picking up audio even without the software installed.Cons:-Battery life may not be best for everyone, but it works for me. It is listed at 4.5 hours which is great for me compared to the size and weight of the device. I usually game for a couple of hours at a time and charge it during my breaks. It does have a 15 minute quick charge for 1 hour of use. You can also plug it in and use it while it is charging.I cannot say enough good things about his mic. I hope it last a very long time and that SteelSeries keeps making them. It comes with everything you need. 3 ear pieces for the shape/size of your ear, USB C dongle, USB C to A adapter (this is what I'm using to connect to my PC), pretty long USB A to C cable for charging or for charging while you use it if needed.
