I got it a few weeks ago, and especially when you have an Iphone with face ID, you can leave it in the proper position to just unlock it and see something in your phone. I was a bit hesitant about the Ipad Mini to stick on it with the additional ring, but it actually works really well. It’s slightly heavy and feels great, super stable!

no cables or power needed!... just a solid chunk of metal no sliding, may lift if you dont learn how to twist and liftt when removing your phone... i dig it, just what I was looking for.

I have really beautiful antique French carved nightstands…and they’re pretty tiny. So real estate is at a premium on my bedside. I wanted a magnetic base that would elevate my phone and hold it inclined so the clock mode would work during the night and I could put my phone down with less risk of it falling in the floor. I did not want it to be a charging base (from what I’ve read, charging via MagSafe or with a qi charger causes the battery to heat more which ultimately affects the battery health and life; I will occasionally use MagSafe, but I didn’t want it to be my nightly method), which was shockingly challenging to find!! This isn’t really attractive, but it is very minimal and accomplishes what I was wanting. It really needs to be a little bit heavier or else be stuck to the nightstand top with double sided gel tape or something. I wish it was more attractive or looked more artistic, but it does the job and at least for now is the best solution I’ve found.

This is a fairly heavy metal brick with a fairly strong magnetic attachment. Unfortunately, those are the exact reasons why this stand damaged my keyboard.I use my stand with an ipad, and it works fairly well as a stand on the table. The problem is when I lift my ipad off this stand. The magnet is strong, so it lifts the entire stand with the ipad. However, it's not strong enough to remain attached. After lifting it about 6 inches from the table, the stand detached from the ipad and fell onto my keyboard. You can imagine what will happen when a 1+ lb metal brick falls onto your keyboard from about 6 inches up.So basically, this thing is heavy, but it isn't heavy enough to stay on the desk when you try to remove your phone or tablet from it. The magnet attachment is strong, but it isn't strong enough to remain attached to the back of your device when it is lifted off the table. Be careful when using this near expensive items on your desk.

The thing is rock solid, great buy. Given the cheap prices of many of the phone holders out there, my initial reaction was “I don’t wanna spend 20 bucks and it’s not worth the money”. Let me tell ya, it very much is. Holds my iPhone 13 Pro Max confidently and securely. I can use the phone with no wobble or wiggle, no movement from the stand at all, it’s rock solid. Tight, secure connection, no worries. So glad I bought it, will be getting another.

This is a nice phone stand it’s magnetic and heavy weight I gave 3 stars because it’s when you try to adjust the phone you can easily knock it off. Overall it’s okay and if you are aware that it can be knocked off, you hold on to it when adjusting it works.

Love this stand for my Z Fold 7...holds it really well but will obviously need a magsafe case to work.Works great folded or unfolded. Use it on my desk easily adjustable to tip phone or rotate... Really decent weight so feels stable...Such a simple fab idea. Block of billet aluminium add a hinge and magnet and paint black... 😁 But it works and works well..
