I think it is made for pads or other points not guide pins though at box it states. It is very thick paste so had to return and order tub which looks really nice.

This stuff is pretty great. I did use it when I changed my brakes a few months back and it was super easy to apply with the brush and was not overly messy and stayed in place where I put it. I have also been using it on some electric motor shafts. I put a few dabs on the shaft where the copper bushing is and it has worked wonders on giving them lubrication. I have not noticed any deteriation of it either with constant motion of the motor operation. I have been very impressed with this stuff, and a little bit goes a long ways. thumbs up for me!

I do my own auto work and this is a must have as I change my brake every couple years and I forget to get the little packet of grease for the brake pins and back of pads almost everytime.

This is great for applying to all of your brake parts to keep them operating properly. With how many brake jobs I do, I like to get bigger cans like this rather than the small packets at the auto parts stores. The brush comes in handy. It's hard to say how well this holds up in use but so far it works great.

Made in the USA. Works very well. Got this to quiet down some slides on a waverunner lift. This was very effective for lubricating those. No more nails-on-chalkboard screeching when raising and lowering the lift. The brush cap made application easy. It obviously works as a great lubricant but I used it off-label. It was advertised as able to stand up to extreme temperatures and conditions so this is why I thought it would work well for my lifts on a saltwater waterway.

So far, I really like the items I have ordered from this company and this brake lubricant fits that description as well. It seems to do a great job and I like having a good sized container like this on hand. This container has a brush style applicator and the sealed top seems to keep leaks and mess away!

Tested on some rubber caliper pin boots to ensure no swelling. Very pleased with the purchase. Keep the lid tight, the amount will last beyond more brake jobs than you're likely to ever install.Recommended.
