I put this cleaner into the pool at the beginning of the year, and after four and a half months, the left front wheel has broken off. As you can see in the picture, the plastic connector is poorly designed, a very thin point of failure made of a material that chlorine-filled water will cause to deteriorate.

The cleaner has been in for a week and it's great so far....my only issue was with the debris bag. the one it came with is good, but as anyone with a pool knows, you're lucky to get through 1 season with a debris bag before they tear. So I looked at the Amptyhub store and cannot find any replacement debris bags for this machine. I messaged the seller who says the Polaris 280 debris bag is a match for their machine...this is not true...I have a Polaris 280, and the debris bag does not fit. the Polaris 280 debris bag is much larger at the round opening where it attaches, and the locking tabs are oval. this machine has square locking tabs and the hole to attach is much smaller. I even bought a new Polaris 280 debris bag to make sure I was not crazy, and nope; it's just like the one I already have. the opening on the Polaris 280 debris bag is too big and has oval tabs to attach and not square smaller like this machine.I really want to like this machine as it's a fraction of the cost and works great...but if I cannot get a steady supply of debris bags, then this machine becomes pretty useless (you'll need at least 1 per season; possibly 2...so if this thing hopefully last 10 years, that's 10-20 replacement debris bags)....if you can't get replacement debris bags regularly, then what's the point?I've been messaging the seller so hopefully they can point me to a replacement bag that I can purchase.EDIT - Seller responded back again and said they misspoke; it's not the Polaris 280 debris bag that fits this cleaner. it is the Polaris 380.I bought one from Bolo to check and it fits!! So if you need extra debris bags for this cleaner they are the Polaris 380.Thank you to the seller for reaching back out and letting me know! 5 stars!

I unfortunately bought this in March before opening our pool so when we started in May it was too late to return. I tried to have realistic expectations but it just doesn’t cleaned up the pool. We previously had a Polaris & hoped the other reviews were correct that it cleaned as well. Was willing to roll the dice on the wheel issue. But here we are less than a month after trying it with it collecting dust & we ended up purchasing a handheld vaccum & a suction style to get our pool clean. Stay away

The media could not be loaded. So far so good! I needed to change a Polaris P39 that was on its last leg. I gave this a shot and was pleasantly surprised. I like it doesn’t get stuck on my steps like my old one. I think the four wheels are a good idea. I don’t know how long it will last but for the price I can get 3 or 4 of these compared to a Polaris.It was very easy to change out. I used my old lines and now I have a backup if it goes bad.

Worked well until drive wheel fell off. At this point too not know if it is fixable. Had it for one full year and until now had recommended it. No email or phone for mfg. Even Bolo could not find contact info.
