I was planning to get a temp control mug for a while.. and finally pull the triggered last weekend. Since it arrived, I did a few different drinks to test it out and I def fell in love this mug. the price was lowered than some of the competition but the features are included. it holds the coffee/milk quite hot and I would never have a cold coffee 20-30 mins after they are made.Pros:- Ready to use, packaging was easy.- Straightforward to use.- love the vol it could hold and love it has a lid.- the design is sleek, the finish/touch is top notch- love it comes with USB-C charger, so I could share the charger with other devices.CONS:- battery life is decent, but I wish it could go slightly longer.

I love this mug, I have been using it for about a month now and it works wonderfully. It keeps my coffee at a 140 degrees with no issues. I usually have to charge it every other day. I haven't used the app features so I can't speak as to how those work.

I purchased this item as a lower cost alternative for work (I currently have an ember mug at home). I like the digital display, however the controls are truly inferior. Let's start with the fact that you have to turn this on each time for use. And then you have to use your phone to connect and manual start heating each time. Finally, the temperature control overshoots and constantly corrects, quite often even dropping all together. Oh and when you just have a couple of sips left it turns off, so the last sip is always cold. In summary spend the few extra dollars and get an ember. I have no issues with my ember.

This smart mug is very well designed. Not only it keeps my tea/coffee warm, i can also adjust the temperature myself (58 degree C) lol. Plus, with the wireless charging, the battery life is very impressive. Also the app is very easy to navigate. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for a smart mug!

So when I make my espresso it's typically made to about 130 to 135°. When I put it into this cup and turn it on I put the temperature setting to 130°. Because it's so cold in my house I will say the blinking red light saying it's heating comes on pretty regularly. Typically, I'm having my coffee at my desk at the beginning of my work shift so trying to keep track of time is not exactly easy. But I do think that keeping it at 130 or 135° the battery seems to only really last about an hour for me maybe an hour and 15 minutes. I'm not sure if you had it hotter how long the battery would last. I am thinking about bringing the charger up here to my office and just setting it on the charger and keeping it there. I don't know if that will actually work or if when you put it on the charger it turns off I haven't tested that.The other thing is that it seems like the sides of the cup heat not the bottom so when you get down to that last half inch of coffee, the sides of the cup are still really hot but the coffee seems to get cold. So I don't think there's actually any heating elements on the actual bottom of the cup. Which seems like a little bit of a mess to me because when it gets low, you would think that's when those would take over.

I started drinking my pour overs in this mug and have the base pad on my work desk. This mug does a great job at maintaining my coffee's temperature. The app is functional, the cup materials seem to be built to last, and it is overall a great product so far. Please know that coffee tends to get more bitter when on a warmer for too long. It is best when you drink it right away. Even still, this mug does a great job!

I LOVE this mug. I have an ember, and it does exactly the same thing for like 1/3 of the price. It is just plastic and it doesn't feel as "luxury" as my ember mug, but honestly, it works just as well and you don't need to use the app if you don't want to. I love this thing and I will be giving it to all my coffee-loving family members for Christmas.
